Trulieve - Brooksville

Their online ordering is basically a bait and switch operation. If during a sale, forget getting your confirmed order. After waiting hours, they call and say that your confirmed order is out of stock. When asked if they will honor the sale on another strain, and was told that they were sorry. I asked what the advantage, then, was to online ordering. Response from Supervisor? "I'm sorry. Do you want the rest of the order? I talked to customer service at corporate this morning to inform them of the state of the Brooksville store and was assured that it would be reported, and was offered a discount. After refusing the discount, I decided to try again. Ordered at 8:30 this morning. It is 3:30 pm and still no message that my order has been filled. Meanwhile, all of the flower on the website is gone. I am so over this place.

Best word to describe this dispensary is a big disappointment. The website never works or is inaccurate. They are always out of stock and there is no way to know what they have before you go. You can't even call to inquire about stock because it is out-sorced to a call center who doesn't answer. I was on hold for over 30 min before I went in person while still on hold only to find that they had nothing in stock when the website said they had stock. That has been my experience everytime.

I have tried to give the Brooksville Trulieve a chance over and over. This dispensary consistently screws my orders up and never ever contacts me to correct any issues. Trulieve consistently advertises products that they never have in stock and have sales on products not in stock. Numerous times the order I receive is not the THC level described in the order I placed. Do yourself a favor shop around and MUV is coming real soon!!!

3rd time here and the last. They never seem to have enough staff to take care of people. This last trip was out of control. People everywhere. I waited well over 30 minutes. Talked to someone who brought out the manager who showed me some lobby wait software that supposedly tracks your time there. He basically called me a liar as he pointed to my name with a 10 minute time period next to it. I know what time I got there and what time I finally talked to this man. On the way out another trulieve employee apologized to me and told me they play games with the software and mark all their patients as "served" well before you get in to buy your medicines. This person said they felt bad about it. One honest person there. Look you want to play those games to look good on your stat sheet for corp. fine. Just don't use it to try and make people feel like idiots when they know the truth. Trulieve you should send someone in here to see how long people are REALLY waiting every day at this place.

The quality of Trulieves product is top notch hands down compared to other discpeceries in the Tampa Bay area. However, Trulieves business practices and customer service have pushed me to the point that I almost no longer want to go there. They place advertisements up in the lobby to entice you to buy their lower priced products like their ground flower and or mini buds which are quite often not in stock. They also put products up online that are either not in stock or you place your order to sit around and wait to be texted to pick up your order only to find out at the end of the day your order was canceled for some unknown reason and they didn't even tell you. This has happened on 2 occasions already. Nobody seems to ever have any answers other then what kind of product they do or don't have. So don't bother asking any questions. Everyone just shrugs their shoulders when questioned about these things. Go to Suttera. Their products aren't as good as Trulieves as far as their flower is concerned but I never have an issue with my ordering or knowing which products are in stock. They usually have a good selection of minis and ground flower but a little more expensive for slightly less quality bud. Suttera has a decent list of high quality concentrates too. Maybe even cheaper for the same quality as trulieve.

The brooksville store is always out of stock on flower and edibles and more. I cannot seem to log in without their website freezing constantly. It gave me a message today saying please log in as administrator. Crazy aggravation. Not worth the stress. I do NOT recommend trulieve any longer. I will shop elsewhere. Good luck

Had a great experience at the Brooksville Trulieve today. The medtender Krystina W. Was a great help and was very pleasant to be serviced by. Which is important when you feel sick.

I have been to the one in Brooksville several times now. Their staff seems to be very knowledgeable.

This company has decided it will force its customers to forget their constitutional rights. As I’m retired military I will not comply with their useless policies. I will no longer buy from them.

The staff is AMAZING! The product is always on point and the deals are always going. Nothing but happy with this location.

Dislike? Well, I guess I don’t always get exactly what I’m looking for. But I always find a comparable alternative. And sometimes it’s a happy accident, and I try something new that I love.

I have been going to the Brooksville location for a few months now and never leave disappointed especially with the help of Brea. She has been the best everytime I get her. She makes sure that you leave a happy customer!! Her customer service skills are out of this world. She is very knowledgeable about their products!! Thank you Brea for everything you do!!

Hello everyone. Brooksville is my pick up store. I just wanted to let everyone know, every single time I go and it's a lot lol it's just a great experience. My 2 main budtenders are Amanda and Breanna. I always have a bunch of questions and they always seem to have more answers then I asked, funny when people care about there job they go above and beyond. Being a single father and having my daughter at my side this morning even the security guard with out me having to ask, brought me over his personal chair. This is such a blessing to be able to get relief from anxiety and ptsd with out the pills. Thank you, thank you, thank you to all you staff at Brooksville I love all you. :)

Trulieve is always my first choice because they have consistently high quality product. Their flower is all I buy from them, as the cartridges make me sick (seriously Trulieve has the worst ones) and edibles don’t take care of what I need marijuana for. I order online and come in and service is always prompt and courteous. The last time I went, my budtender, Breanna, went above and beyond to make sure I was super satisfied with my purchase. She made great recommendations, and was very engaging and friendly. It felt like making a new friend and getting a great deal at the same time! I’m very happy with the Brooksville Trulieve store and highly recommend shopping there.

I love it there when you walk in there is a comforting feeling like home. Everyone is super nice and attentive. Today was the second time I had Stephanie M to check out she was awesome as always, and my favorite employee is Thomas he's always great and my other 1 is Jaison.... Definitely recommend it to anyone....
