Tru Greenthumb - Castle Rock

Went there today for the first time. It was worth the 10mile drive. Bright,pleasant atmosphere. Well stocked. Friendly, respectful, knowledgeable budtender (Hi Mary!). Lots of fun pluses - callback list for out of stock items, frequent "takeovers' by various growers (discounts for their products" on takeover days). Senior and veterans discounts.

Even before I stepped foot into this place I had called into the shop and asked a pretty easy question and whom ever it was on the other end was just plain rude it was a female but just from that experience I will never step foot into this establishment.....customer service is key and who ever worked late the night of the 10th of October you should really be ashamed of yourself for treating a customer like shit even through the phone...

They almost manage to hit the right spot with their fire flavors all the way to the feeling. I'm a very picky person due to my anxiety and they have never gave me anything that wasn't a perfect match for me. Great staff great environment and for me a great location. I just got this stuff called The Razz and it's perfect for my medical problems. Sorry was hella baked when I wrote this 😅.

I come in every (other) Friday and there’s always great service and helpful staff members. I’m picky about what I smoke and they always have suggestions for my needs and guide me on what to use to help my insomnia and appetite. I love their deals and the store all together.

Really helpful. Both budtenders working were very nice and answered all of my questions and showed me gear and product. I didn't feel rushed or talked down to because of my questions. The young lady listened to what strains I liked and what I was looking for, she showed me several new buds and I couldn't be happier with these choices.The prices are very reasonable too. This is my new favorite shop.

Its very laid back, relaxing and welcoming. The staff are extremely helpful and so kind. Definitely, recommend everyone to go there. We will definitely be repeat customers.

Stopped in after working the area, it’s Friday night a new COD just dropped, Leafly says they have a strain I’ve been wanting to try for gaming. Well maybe they had it maybe they didn’t, the girl that put her phone down to help me barely looked, seemed like she’d never heard of it and was very inconvenienced that I was looking for something specific. So chose something else and asked the price, all I get is prob 40ish (ended up being much cheaper) as her coworkers conversation was more deserving of her attention. It’s a clean shop, seems well organized, but I think I’ll stick to my regular shop in Longview where the employees have personality and knowledge…

Listen, some of the reviews below have issues with things unrelated to the actual establishment and maybe need to check their privilege, understand laws for weed and alcohol are different, stop projecting you’re own insecurity and issues onto others and if you don’t like the product you best be also contacting the grower. Anyways. They’re always cool, knowledgeable, kind and helpful. Maybe some below don’t like when their energy is matched and people don’t get paid to be treated like dirt.

I love this little shop in castle rock! It has a good selection of great "seattle" quality bud at a competitive price, while also caring about the customers on a budget. There are a few budtenders in there who seem very knowledgable and always love chatting with them when I go in! overall this place is great :D

Stopped in for my first time and was very let down. I can get the same supplies at a price lower at stores nearby and have a friendlier experience. The kids working in the shop must have been having a bad day because I did not feel welcomed. And when asking serious questions about product I get responses like "umm this one is good", "this one got me really high" I will not be going back there again

This has become the only shop I go to! I love the different qualities of bud and dabs from the lower range all the way up to something you could get in seattle (but for alot more money)! One thing I would love to see is a more updated leafly menu so I could check out what is available right now before deciding to drive up there from longview. Dria and Chris are so helpful!!
