I am new to the area and was looking to try something new.. I met with a guy named Randy that works there and he is the BEST! Randy was able to suggest some of the best shit I've ever had ( and that's a lot lol) .. He was super knowledgeable, chill and has a great sense of humor. I could have stayed just to talk to him for hours! I will def be coming back because of him alone!! 10/10 highly suggest this place

The first couple times i came here were fine, fine bud at good prices. Recently I interacted with Charlotte and she was so helpful! She took into account everything I said, made helpful recommendations and was super chill. Will be coming back as long as she’s here.

The customer service here was incredible. The employees here are super friendly! The real kicker for me was that two of them spent a good ten minutes de stemming half an oz of bottom shelf weed. I was stunned. No bud tender of mine has ever offered to do that, even with an eighth, let alone half an oz!

Everyone has a bad review on their staff that work here, but I had the BEST budtender Randy. He was super funny, chill, and helped me pick out new bud to try out and definitely gave me some great knowledge about what I was looking to do…. Seriously if anyone goes here definitely ask for Randy he is the guru of bud and anything with it. Would definitely come back just for him.

i placed an order, never got confirmation that it was ready for pick up. been waiting all day. Now i just got a message saying my order was picked up. waste of time

Have ordered online twice, and had my order messed up both times. This time, they only gave me 1/8 when the order was for 1/4, and when I went back in, the manager wanted me to go back through the line again (which was even longer than when I arrived) so I walked out. Last time, they gave me a strain I didn't order so I had to go back to get the strain I originally ordered. I won't be ordering from them or visiting again.

Older white dude behind the counter spent the entire time he was filling my online order mansplaining why it wasn’t ready, how busy and understaffed the store was, and informed me how to “call in about my order before arriving so that I can make sure it is complete before showing up.” Just give me my weed and shut up sir. Taking the opportunity to remind people that the customer is not there to do emotional labor for you at your stressful job. We are all in hellscape capitalism together and it’s okay to just be quiet sometimes. Match my energy please and thank you. The weed soda was flat af too - not sure how long it had been sitting on the shelf - grab that from a different dispo. They have the strain my sweetie likes so I’ll return for that.
