A store literally run by idiots. I handed them a 20 for a $6 8th and he gave me back $4... he then proceeded to tell me he swears he gave me a 10 back... and when questioned they whole shop ganged up on me and said it was a 10... these people are thieves and liars... they basically pocketed 10 extra dollars... telling me to call the manager so he could replay the tape... it wasn't a big deal...but the amount of disrespect and aggression I got was uncalled for... never go to this place unless you want to get robbed and then abused...I would rather not smoke than come here again... go visit any other store... Portland is full of awesome people and awesome shops...dont come here...

well my wife was in there a couple weeks ago and they push the product on her that was unacceptable. they pushed the brand of hash oil on her by hush called degenerate. first thing they have the label flipped over so you can't see it that says it's not for connoisseurs. then the budtenders there don't do the job correctly and don't inform you that the product you're buying is bad product and taste like a bike tire. and then when you call him on it and you bring back the unopened product untampered with the way it left a dispensary, they will tell you that they're not going to take the product back but yet take the product from you put it behind the counter by the register for you can't take it without committing a crime for grabbing it will not give you your money back or a different product now unless I'm mistaken that is theft. so this place is thieves and they will steal from you they will keep your money without giving you proper product and if you do get your product or both they will push a bad product on you

Small place, no lines, simple but good ambiance, the girl at the door was super friendly, as did the other girl who assisted me, the budtender. She suggested me one of the strains she herself uses, and I couldnt be happier about the suggestion. They have really good prices and amazing deals, so you guys should always have an eye on their profile or website! All the staff were super friendly, and they had small glass pipes going for 2 bucks, wich was a nice surprise! Will definitely be back.

I just recently started going to this dispensary because its near my job and its so friendly. The budtenders are always quick and helpful. Their products are priced very well especially for how high of quality it is. One of my favorite things is their prices on glass. I could never find prices as low as theirs in any smoke shop around town. This is my new regular dispensary and I love it!

This is by far the best dispensary in the area & definitely one of the best in town! When you walk in, you're greeted with a smiling face, outstanding service, & enough variety for any kind of day. The staff are always friendly, patient, & helpful. They know how to talk to experienced consumers & novices alike. Whether you know what you want or need some suggestions, they have you covered. Their flower & shatter selection is always wide, varied, & interesting. Their prices are fair & cater to all budgets. Can't beat those $100 ounces, 5 for $20 pre-rolls, & $30 grams of shatter!!! I will definitely keep coming here & bringing friends with me.

LOVE THIS PLACE. Tru was my go-to, neighborhood dispensary when I lived in Denver. I was thrilled when shops opened in Portland -- once again, in my neighborhood! You won't find better budtenders or service than you will at Tru. The staff went out of their way to restock a unique, hard-to-get strain I asked for (just yesterday!), and it was back on the shelves in less than 24 hours. Selection is great, and there are regular deals on pre-rolls that are hard to pass up. Strains are rotated regularly, so flowers are always fresh. And fun glass pieces are dirt cheap. I've never been disappointed by the quality of a purchase @ Tru. And I feel like if I were (for whatever reason), the staff would do everything in their power to fix it. I love everyone who works there. There is a definite kind, peaceful, and positive vibe to the shop. -- At least @ the Tru on NE Broadway. Haven't seen the other location(s) yet!

This place has the worst flower I’ve ever seen. Even their top shelf is trash. What’s even better is because they offer cheap prices you have to deal with crack heads and dangerous types standing in line with you. The whole process is like a cattle call. Here is my tip. Just go somewhere else! Don’t make the same mistake I made.

These guys are TRU-ly awesome! Rhiannon made me feel very welcome and was extremely knowledgeable about her products. As a patient, I am always looking for high-CBD items and she immediately & graciously addressed my needs in that department before enthusiastically & patiently allowing me to browse through their excellent selection of high-quality flower. Do not be misled by the pricing tiers; all of the available flowers are top notch, well cured & perfectly trimmed for immediate use. I admit that although the Modern Medicinals CBD Oil is not to my taste, it is quite effective; who cares if medicine is nasty so long as it works well! Flowers are to enjoy and theirs are TRU-ly worth taking the time to savor. Thank you very very much Rhi and crew!!

Unimpressed all together. There price points are way over priced. Kept the weed on the floor behind the counter. Nothing about this was an experience. Budtenders were stand offish and acted like they knew more than the customer. I was astonished. Wouldn’t recommend anything about this store.

I thought I would try these guys after seeing the ads for discount flower. Well, the prices reflect the quality. Dry, old, harsh and really weak potency (regardless of the stats) Staff was terribly snotty and smug. Oh, the bugs are NOT a good look either.

I have been going here for quite a while and love the servers, the prices and quality. That they are only 2 blocks from my house is icing on the edible!

I fully trust this shop and all of their friendly + knowledgeable staff to find me exactly what I am looking for each time. Weed is fire on each price tier. The prices just dropped actually and they have a ton of new edibles (seems like each time I go there’s something else). Someone’s doing something right!

Folks here have always been nice. Tucked away down the street from H.O.P. these guys had some sweet deals through the Mercury. Nice Indicas, frosty buds for pain relief. Check out their BHO pens too, especially the 1:1 THC/CBD cartridges.

I liked that the staff asked me what I was looking to get out of my day and showed me what would best fit me. They're knowledgeable and hilarious and the prices are very reasonable and includes the tax. I'll definitely be back.

this place is great. It's a small little shop that offers a decent selection. The atmosphere is great and they are always courteous and professional.

Beware of the tripping hazards! I almost tripped, because the employees are too lazy to do anything about the rugs that are curled up in the walkway. Next is how rude they are, they made a person with disability wait, even after asking if there was somewhere they could sit for a minute. The staff member just replied “Be with you in a minute” despite the fact that there was 2-3 customers and more employees to offer assistance. Also their prices for their child proof bags chances with each employee. Not to mention the yt women singing the n-word constantly with their POC coworkers around.

Hands down the best weed for the price in my neighborhood. I come here every week and everyone is super friendly and helpful and you rarely have to wait.
