My first time Sarah helped me she was great with everything going on I was still able to have a great experience and meet all of my needs. I’ll definitely be back!!
The lady this morning was the absolute worst service provider I’ve ever had at a dispensary. Floyd’s must have a company policy to hire rude people. I’ve been here twice and both times it was as though they were really doing me a favor to help. Unfriendly!! I don’t live far from there but I will never come back. Luckily there are lots of other dispensaries close by that are great!
It was my first time in floyds yesterday and i loved it! The line was pretty short and the choices were great! Mel helped me and she was very sweet and took her time with me to discuss my needs and didn’t get annoyed at all my questions. I appreciate when budtenders take their time to make sure I’m getting the right thing. Thank you Mel you’re the best can’t wait to see you next time!
They actually had the discount bud that was listed on the menu and they moved through the Leafly process timely. No other Floyd’s will do this in my experience. Seems simple enough to accomplish but I’ve been frustrated enough times by ordering at the other locations to know this is super valuable. If you like Floyds prices go here instead of the others
I’ve placed online orders in the past with no issues on quality. This time I’m a little disappointed. Lots of long stems and loose stems 2” long mixed in. I realize it was bottom shelf, but usually it’s the budtenders job to remove them. Probably one of the last times I purchase from here.
