I came in and this customer talked forever about having a pet Hyena and the staff didn't call him insane or laugh in his face once. That's some professionalism if I've ever seen it.

Flloyd's is my go-to place for weed I both can afford and enjoy. They have very good-looking top shelf bud and a bottom shelf at $40/ounce (pre-tax) that can't be beat. Sometimes it's shakey, but I've paid more for worse shake (and it's good for edibles that way anyway) and I still almost always enjoy. Most of the budtenders are nice, give good bud advice, and can recommend stuff well. One of my favorite dispensaries in town rn.

Amanda ALWAYS gives the best customer service! She's upbeat, positive, friendly and efficient. Even when it's busy, I wait for her. She makes my day and is the reason I come back so often.

Amazing customer service

The lady this morning was the absolute worst service provider I’ve ever had at a dispensary. Floyd’s must have a company policy to hire rude people. I’ve been here twice and both times it was as though they were really doing me a favor to help. Unfriendly!! I don’t live far from there but I will never come back. Luckily there are lots of other dispensaries close by that are great!

I have to say, this store was truly clutch back when I was broke. $25 will get you a quarter that will definitely do the job, two grams of decent wax or enough edibles to keep you high as the sky for a while (I’m looking at you Mule Shine). If you’re looking for $1/g bid to make a comically large blunt or a sheet of brownies, they really can’t be beat. With that said, I can’t speak towards any of their bud above the blue tier. If I wanted top shelf, honestly, I’m going somewhere else. I’m sure it’s great smoke but that’s just not why I’d go here. But if you’re broke are looking to get high, this is the spot. P.S. I once went in and they were listening to the whole P!ATD album A Fever You Can’t Sweat Out. Great CD that takes me back to middle school but, man, there are some real dingers when you listen straight through. - Dre

It was my first time in floyds yesterday and i loved it! The line was pretty short and the choices were great! Mel helped me and she was very sweet and took her time with me to discuss my needs and didn’t get annoyed at all my questions. I appreciate when budtenders take their time to make sure I’m getting the right thing. Thank you Mel you’re the best can’t wait to see you next time!

Once I got home I realized what an all around service that was. This was my second year time interacting with Eric. I am never going back to floyds again. I loved this place at one point and now it seems everytime I go in there I end up regretting after.
