I was on a search and find for reputable dispensary. who knew there medical products. They were the kindness individuals, friendly. I was treated with the utmost respect. Dispensary was clean, quality of product and recommendations was point on. Will be back.

I'm going to say it again this place is special! The people treat me like family! I have no need to go anywhere else the budtenders always answer my questions and they will help me figure out the best way for me to find relief!

Best spot in the area for the best bud and best deals. Great employees and speedy service.

This is the ONLY dispensary that I actually enjoy going to. The entire staff is very friendly and welcoming, the atmosphere is totally laid back, and there is a huge verity of products.

I've been going to Trilogy for over a year now and they are very consistent, pleasant, and have great deals and discounts. I've visited other despenseries but Trilogy is superior and the only one I go to.

Extremely rushed

I placed an order on line. After the order was placed I was told that one of the items was not available in the quantity that I wanted. I was offered another item. I specifically asked for sativa. The tender looked at the items, that were to replace the sativa items that weren't available, and told me that they were sativa. When I got home and checked the items, they were hybrid. I called and asked about it and was told that the bud tender read the terpene's and that it was a sativa strain, even though the Leafly website says it is a hybrid. I like the deals that are offered from Trilogy, but it is VERY important to me that I get what I ordered. I don't like being told that something is not what it is listed as. This is not good business and I am not happy with the explanation I got. I was a new customer but I think I will keep searching for a honest dispensary to give my business to.

Nope. Done with Trilogy after my first experience. Everything is marked up to be marked down. Do your research. You can find it elsewhere for less.

Used curbside pickup and was clearly treated like I was not a priority customer. Walk in customers who arrived after me we served before I was.

I have been there many times to purchase products ,spend alot money but on this visit the bud tender was not friendly at all and not much knowledge on cannabis ,ask him about my wifes award points and he said well if you have been there since Dec all points are gone I know I have been there this year but told him nevermind did not seem very friendly and that to me is bad business .I ask if they had another product seemed like he was frustrated and did not wanna look for product .Bud tenders should be very knowlegable and helpful.Thinking may be last visit.

i place a order online .and it still takes long time to get in the back. There back and forth to serve the customer's out side in there vehicles FASTER

Long long wait foe curbside’s delivery then given wrong product. Will not use again.

Terrible system taking customers. People waiting in line in an otherwise empty store while people walk in and go ahead of the entire line. Different dispensary down the street (Ascend) is exponentially faster service. Won’t make the mistake of coming here again

I want to start by saying my experiences at trilogy have been great, however today is experience needs to be expressed. I made a order through Leafly or pineapple skunk and GMO and sour Diesel, they prepare it for me and tell me it's ready, I drive 45 minutes through traffic from Baltimore to Ellicott City And when I get there, they pull my order show me my two products and then tell me that they can't sell me the GMO X SOUR DIESEL because the computer says that the last one has already been sold. I thought it was a joke I thought I was being pranked, however the manager let me know that I can purchase the skunk but they cannot sell me the GMO sour Diesel it had to be destroyed. I left with nothing. I'm a medical patient and I've never had such an experience. I will shop here again when I'm in the area but I'll never make another order depending on it being fulfilled.

Sweet and caring staff, very helpful and the vibe was so chill. Definitely lifted my mood and made my night better, not to meant the deals are great and they have products. I haven’t seen other dispensaries! :) Besides the drive, would recommend this dispensary!

This was my second time visiting Trilogy Wellness and this experience was amazing! First one I happened to go during their busy time, but this visit was so chill! I was able to go back right away and the process of picking up my order was very smooth and hassle free! I loved talking to the bud tender about the strain I got and a couple of our mutual favorites. The selection of products they have is amazing! I’ve always been able to find what strain I’m looking for. The other dispo I always go to doesn’t have a huge selection, I just kept going because it was familiar. Trilogy is now my go to dispo!

Trilogy needs to make a separate area for the medical patients. Trilogy also need to make is easier for people to go in and out. The wait time is entirely to long. You should have a designated area for first time users or people that have questions. I've seen a customer sit in line just to asking questions for about 25 minutes. It's ridiculous especially when you have a online order for Express. Trilogy is finally getting some quality products. The CSR needs to improve!!!
