Unfortunately, even though my online order went through, by the time they told me it was my turn, I was tolod half my order was unavailable. I wish the rep had offered some replacement suggestions, and not just a curt "Do you want anything else instead?" I needed more help than that at the time! A little customer service goes a LONG way...
Everyone who works here is amazing. They all are knowledgeable, friendly and fast. This Trilogy Wellness in Elkridge, MD is THE BEST. All of my products are always in stock too- so even though there are quite a few other dispensaries in the area, I make my orders with Trilogy although they are further from my place than several others. Worth the drive for the best service and selection in the area.
Great spot, easy to get to, not the easiest to get into though because of the stoplight but it’s all good. Service is excellent, so are the products. Wish you guys had a bit more of a variety of products to offer your clients, but I still enjoy coming here and will continue to do so !
This is dispensary is always overpriced. Only time to go is if they have a special. Staff can be rude at times. Watch anything labeled as house packed 8ths. The one I got seem to be very short. I got one big bud and a little bud. And you can clearly tell it was not an eighth. I went out and got 1/8 from a different dispensary from the same brand. You could clearly see the difference of the two. They said they use mmcc standard. Clearly it look like they have someone there with sticky fingers. The only reason I would go back into use my little bit of points.
Something has changed recently at Trilogy. And it's not hard to notice. The service quality has skyrocketed. Thank you. The products and prices were already competitive. Now you have the best shop in the state. Thank you again.
Some thoughts on the express line. I came in today for my order as a medical patient with a preorder and the express lane cart item. It still took 10 mins of waiting in line while people kept going ahead so might just need to keep working on that because there was nothing that felt express about that. I would have waited the same amount of time if I didn't preorder. I know from talking to your awesome older grandpa and he said it was new but please try and work on the speed of the express lane.
I been going here only I'm thinking reconsider.
Today staff wasn't friendly at all.
He looked at me weird and rude very awkward I shopped here because bartenders are nice.

For some reason my status in their system changed me from a medical patient to recreational purchaser. The past several times I noticed additional charges, but then didn’t think anything of it. Today when I went, the person at the counter said oh you’re listed in here as recreational, let me change it. I know it wasn’t much, being charged Maryland taxes on my last 2 or 3 purchases, but it kind of bothered me, knowing the government charges me taxes for everything they can. Other than this, all else is good to go.
Their prices have become more competitive and their sales are awesome. The only thing that is kind of a bummer is the check in process. They make you pay $0.02 to have “express service” with your pre-order. Don’t bother selecting it because it doesn’t really exist. You are put in the queue with literally everyone (including those who didn’t even pre-order). My 2nd thing with the check in process is that they are literally the only dispensary that you can “self-check in”. Again, i absolutely love that feature but that doesn’t really exit either. On two separate visits I used this option because the line was 7-8 people deep. I was sent a text that I was “1st in line”. The staff doing check ins are not keeping up with those who self check in so they won’t even realize you already checked in until the line is cleared. You will quickly see that your wait time was the same as standing in line. I will say that I continue to shop here mostly because of the awesome deals and the staff are so damn friendly. They’ve always done their best to accommodate me when I’ve mentioned my unfavorable check in experiences. Because of this…they’ve earned my business forever! I still highly recommend you shop there. They actually know me by name and make me feel at home each visit!
I’m not sure what their process is but this is the slowest dispensary I have been to. I’ve tried the express pick up (which meant nothing), ordering online and shopping in store. It takes long whether is 1 person or 8 people in front of you. The only reason I go every now and then is for the deals. I’d rather go to Remedy or Curaleaf
Been going here for almost a year and have never really had any issues. Everyone has been extremely friendly and helpful. Only issue was last night when I went to pick up my order the price was more than when I placed it online. There was a deal for the live resin cart I purchased (deal was .5g cart for $28) Paid a little more after looking at receipt. Then once I get home and open it it wasn’t even a full cart.
