I like the option of pre ordering. I liked the ease of using the order site. I liked the options of products offered. I liked the fact the parking was convenient. I liked using loyalty points to offset purchasing prices. I did not care for the wait time after pre ordering and arriving, thirty- two minutes. The attendants do not give priority attention to you as a pre ordering client. Four employees were running back and forth in front of the six customers wearing nose/ mouth masks , all with impatient postures. Better luck wished for readers.
Very good people work here as they are always friendly and professional. Great experience ordering online with a pre-order through Leafly. Text message and emails with specials are appreciated. Prices are very competitive with other dispensaries and Trilogy’s product selection/variety is better than most. Lastly, these Folks have a very strong rewards program that You can use/redeem in conjunction with other specials as applicable. This is now my go to dispensary in MD!
The place has good daily promotions. I got my cartridges and disposable at 25% off and won a free Pre-roll from spinning the wheel. Shawn and Kendrick have provide me with great service and they even helped me fix my battery.

Great experience during the pandemic. It was my first time going here and I wasn't sure what my experience would be. Wow! The ladies were running the show today. Fast, friendly and helpful. I'm yours!
Everything was great, though I was a little put-off by curb-side delivery. I ordered a gram cartridge and ended up receiving a .5 gram. The strain was the same, and I was not charged for the full gram, but it seemed odd that I didn’t get what I ordered online. Just make sure you check before driving off!
