This place is always awesome. Now that the laws have changed trilogy makes sure that medical patients have priority and they are always Fully stocked. Trilogy is truly my favorite dispensary in the entire state.
They should have a separate line for medical patients give them preference over the recreational the line was way too long the weight was way too long unlike Zen leaf they have two different lines but then again it's my opinion

Yes, it took a little longer, but I'll be damned if every single Trilogy staffer wasn't smiling and moving things right along! That's a big part of why they've been my #1 go-to since I got my card: the Trilogy Peeps. They'll take good care of you, from check-in to check-out.
They don’t really move you along quickly. Whether you order ahead of time or not, it’s the same level of service which has been very slow the two times I have visited.
Very relaxed atmosphere.. maybe a 20 minute wait depending on how busy they are.. Today was actually the first time I wrote a review.. Everyone is extremely knowledgeable and friendly.. Today my experience with the associate, DY was pleasant but not a surprise, as all of the employees are courteous and professional.
I placed a rec/adult-use order with Trilogy on Leafly, quickly received confirmation, and it was ready for pickup shortly after. On arrival, the checkin process was quick and easy. There was about a 10 minute wait to get on the sales floor, even with the pre-order, but Trilogy uses an online queueing tool that allows you to watch your place in line and sends text alerts when you're next up. This was great, as it allows you to wait outside or in your car, rather than the waiting area.
Once I was called back, the friendly budtender was able to retrieve and review my order with me, ensuring I got all the active deals. Not all deals must be set up on Leafly, as I ended up paying about 20% less than I expected based on my Leafly order.
Staff is always friendly and welcoming. They are knowledgeable and and make you feel comfortable. Especially if it’s your first visit to a dispensary.
This is the only place I shop in Maryland.
I was referred to trilogy by a friend, & we drove all the way from Harford county. The staff is amazing from check in to check out. I even let them know that I would definitely be making the trip down more often! I had a wonderful experience!
I used to frequent Trilogy often until adult use came into effect. The service was soooo bad for medical patients. they have revamped their procedures as far as check in. I will be returning here for the great deals.
I have been going to this location for a few years now. Service is great. Prices are better for the same product that's sold at other dispensaries. I comparison shop. Highly recommend 👌.

Trilogy.health has been a go to for me for over two years now and just keeps getting better! They've figured out how to speed up the flow of massive amount of customers wanting for access to the dinner like menu in physical form. For me as a medical patient "local" if you will, helps me still navigate the process easily and still receive the same kind welcoming service just like the old days...:) Today was so exception, my bud tender Jenn put a smile on face my and was very helpful and helping me with my selection and put some of my points to use. Thank you for the great product and great service Jenn, this afternoon has been great!
Been coming to Trilogy for a couple years now.....Never any issues.....Professional, kind, empathetic, compassionate crew....They can get busy as hell, but the staff are also human, doing the best they can to help everyone....Best products, best deals, best staff.....Grateful for everyone at Trilogy.
