Top shelf is hands down one of the best dispensaries I have ever been to. very kind and supportive staff.friendly environment. great selection. good prices. had a few hush cartridges fail here and there which is bound to happen sooner or later since I've been buying them here from back when Oregon legalized recreational usage. but they gladly helped me with a return every time I had an issue and even helped me to make sure I was still satisfied with my replacement. probably helps that i return the tanks full(no sneaky tokes lol),am a regular, and return almost immediately,or next day with reciept. I've also learned returns are not easy for dispensaries , so they must be certain its indeed malfunctioning or not working properly. so be patient, see what they can do and discuss the issue in detail. I found they are very respectful and will not only hear you out but make sure you know all the tricks to fixing simple issues. to put it simply... THANK YOU TOP SHELF!

Top shelf is the best medical place in the valley by far! the budtenders are knowledgeable and friendly, they have tons of selection, from flower to concentrates and edibles, and lots of high CBD strains. plus the customer service is excellent, they remembered my name after the first visit!

It was my first time in the shop. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional! Great verity to chose from! I will definitely be back again soon!!

I have to admit that I have not been to many dispensaries, but I have to reason to look anywhere else. The staff has been fantastic both times I have visited and have patiently and completely answered every noob question I have had. They have an amazing selection and I have been very pleased overall!

Fed up with the lack of knowledge Top Shelf has with their Extracts. Two times i had an employee help me with selection and both times i ended up with very mediocre tasting oil. Dissapointing.

I've been to almost every dispensary in the Rouge Valley and Top Shelf is always my favorite. I've been here so many times and the service is always great! They have the best prices and all their stuff is such good quality I never want to go anywhere else!

Quality and prices are great. *Some* of the staff are great. The main problem here is that the staff are trained very very inconsistently. Half of them tell me I need an exit bag *eery single time* I shop, which is absurd as I'm only buying concentrates that have child proof lids. The law says I don't need one, but they want to charge me an extra $1 every time. And I know they're used to a bunch of customers arguing with them that don't know the laws, but I work in the industry. I don't need an exit bag for the products I'm purchasing, but only some of their staff know that. It's inconvenient as hell to have to bring a bag for no reason or waste a dollar and plastic on getting another if I forget. The staff is also incredibly inconsistent with discounts. Some of them will stack my OLCC discount with the daily deals and some won't, which is frustrating. The ones that won't claim it's not possible in the computer, but it clearly is, since even the managers there will stack discounts. Great products, great prices... but TRAIN YOUR STAFF! It's been like this for years.
