Very nice feel to this dispensary, a lot of room, and a lot of different strains of flower. Honest people and good location(once the construction is done) only been here once but it was a legit dispensary, could be better deals on the top shelf or maybe work a system out for returning customers but all in all it's a good club

We are seniors traveling on Rt 66 through Ashland, Talent, Phoenix area. We shopped at 5 dispensaries today and bought small quantities of rec flower at each one. This one was very high class operation in the same league as Madrone Cannabis Club. Prices were similar and the bud selection was extensive and looked great. The budtender was the best one we met on our trip. Answered all questions with expertise.

It's a Great place, with great people and great selection of great products! Bree, one of the tenders there, was very helpful this last time I went there and she helped me find the perfect cartridge and was very patient as I was being a bit indecisive lol. Top shelf is hands down one of the best dispensaries I have ever been to. very kind and supportive staff.friendly environment. great selection. good prices. had a few hush cartridges fail here and there which is bound to happen sooner or later since I've been buying them here from back when Oregon legalized recreational usage. but they gladly helped me with a return every time I had an issue and even helped me to make sure I was still satisfied with my replacement. probably helps that i return the tanks full(no sneaky tokes lol),am a regular, and return almost immediately,or next day with reciept. I've also learned returns are not easy for dispensaries , so they must be certain its indeed malfunctioning or not working properly. so be patient, see what they can do and discuss the issue in detail. I found they are very respectful and will not only hear you out but make sure you know all the tricks to fixing simple issues. to put it simply... THANK YOU TOP SHELF!

Top shelf is the best medical place in the valley by far! the budtenders are knowledgeable and friendly, they have tons of selection, from flower to concentrates and edibles, and lots of high CBD strains. plus the customer service is excellent, they remembered my name after the first visit!

The name of this place is not misleading. If you're looking for selection, you won't be disappointed. They regularly have an almost mind-boggling array of the quality strains, many of which have super high thc levels, which, you know, is awesome.
