This is hands down the best place for heavy thc strains and prerolls. The people here are all super chill and helpful. I've ditched a few dispensaries in my area for having lackluster prerolls and flower, top shelf wellness is my new spot from now on!

Had a great experience at top shelf, our bud tender was very knowledgeable and helpful! There is an amazing selection of products to browse through. felt like a kid in a candy store 👌🏽

Pleasant and helpful staff and a large selection of herb varieties, not to mention many strains under $10. They have a pretty good amount of space inside (kinda like the TARDIS) with lots of goodies, gadgets and gear. Fun experience.

My first time in. WOW great service. Not only were they very knowledgeable but they took there time in answering all my questions. Gave me great recommendations for my illness, and keep track of what works and doesn't. This is my new one and only medical store!

Very weird experience, came here a dozen times before, always a friendly experience..... But just now I came in 20 mins before closing.... And they were so rushing and unfriendly... Be a little while before a return visit):

Soooo my order was placed at 6:30 am, I recognized they weren’t open yet but I was hoping they’d prepare my order when they did open. My order says it was filled at 9:52 pm, it then says it was picked up at 9:53 pm… I’m t should be noted they close at 10 pm anyway…. So yeah thanks for nothing and being shady- not sure if leafly incentivizes completed orders but this one was fabricated. 💯

I was very impressed with this dispensary. The anteroom confused me at first, as I was faced with a one-way mirror. After a moment, the window opened and I presented my ID. The host buzzed me in the locked door, and inside was a large area with an L-shaped glass counter. The long side of the counter was divided into two identical sections featuring the wide recreational menu on display. The short side of the L was where they kept the OMMP-only items. Large jars of buds and pre-packaged grams were located behind the counter. There were two guys running the store and one guy running the door. It was great being able to take my time to review each purchase and get descriptions of each strain. On top of that, they gave me a discount for being a first time visitor. Very impressed. Good location too.

I have recently been exploring my options to help with my ailments such as constant pain and anxiety. I was able to come into this location and was not pressured to make a purchase and asked a lot of questions explained what I am looking for and was able to get help and make an informed decision. while I am still exploring options I was happy that I was made to feel comfortable and welcome and didn't seem to be annoying them. I wish I could remember the name of the guy that helped me to say Thank you!

This place is great. The budtenders are very helpful @ directing you toward what will be best for you. Dank oil.

The name reflects the quality of the selections they have available, but they do also keep plenty of strains around to accommodate people with lower tolerances. In fact, the selection is a quite large and I often have to ask an employee what they recommend, and they're always happy to be of help. All in all a great place to take your business.

The owners of this shop are so great, very helpful if one is in need of medicine. These guys are the best! Awesome edibles! Kick-ass topicals! My fave, for sure.

The staff was very friendly and helpful at helping me find what i was looking for. I was allowed to look at and smell a variety of different strains as i decided what i wanted. Im pretty picky and was impressed by the quality of the product. I will definently be going back and will highly reccommend to my friends.

had been a very satisfied medical customer since they opened, but received garbage service from a rude and dismissive employee today, treated as if I haven't spent over a grand there over the past year, and sadly won't be returning. I'll spend my dab dollar happily elsewhere, where hopefully, loyal customers will be treated with respect. Never been dismissed at any dispensary as rudely as I was today. no thank you!!

Really appreciate Wade and his staff. They are like old friends and always know your name. Great selection of flower. Knowledgeable about products and the industry. Clones are legit with many CBD strong strains. Highly recommend this shop and its I5 location is perfecto.

Great location would be considered slightly too far if they wernt so awesome and friendly so the extra miles don't matter to much other than that the location is great and safe

This is THE place! Drove over from Ashland with a friend awhile ago and I've been coming here consistently since then because I realized not every shop has to be pretentious as f***! Always consistent even when low on stuf and its never that long inbetween getting new stuff in. Which is probably good for my paycheck...haha But if you love the 'after dark' feel to a place, like a relaxed late night bar,, Andy, Haley, Derrek and Hilary are where this shop goes from good place to go to above and beyond! I frequent mostly later in the day because of work and then driving over and am stoked when I see one or more of these friendly faces. I'm quiet and like looking but they always make me feel like i've been invited over to their 'house' because I feel like an honored guest, not just a cuistomer and they love showing me new items. Day time is...not 'strict' but more quiet?..Go at night if you're ok with less-PC talk, more banter, relaxed, cooler customers.Only place I know with a 'day' feel and 'night' feel. Only thing is, missing fat packs! Hush is good, dont care for the others, but I think fat packs aren't coming back I heard? Just getting in more dab selection would be nice because it does get repetitive. Why I love the crazy amount of bud selection because i can try a new one every week (or day) and never get bored. I don't bother with cartridges because 4 out of 5 I've used suck so bad which I get isn't the shops problem seeing as they returned the two I got from them. Just stopped trying because I didn't want to get 'blacklisted' for always returning stuff haha But it was frustrating, so I don't know if there are other brands..? Its all good because that light dep and lemon dabs have been good to me! Happy to be getting my 10% off my next visit when I bring my card back in, thanks, hope this was enough!

Best selection in the valley as far as I am concerned. Big open atmosphere to browse! Tons of different flower to choose from. Best prices on oil I have seen. Awesome staff who remember you! Great edibles! I highly recommend the Squib! I take all my friends here!

What a cool experience! My better half and I came from the other side of the country to visit friends and just had to get the 'recreational experience' before flying home. We tried to just walk in (oops! Check in at the window, folks!) but we were greeted by a smile and a 'First time in?' smirk from a nice blonde woman who popped her head out from the window. After checking in and getting a card for 10% off (for being the first time in if I re-call?) we were in (and the only ones)! We weren't sure what to expect but it was well beyond any negative connotations we perceived. Everything was so clean, well-lit and the lay out was so easy to browse. The blonde woman from the desk met us around the other side of the counters and asked if we were looking for anything specific. We just wanted to get acclimated first and she told us if we wanted to look at anything closer or had any questions to just holler. Well, it didn't take us long to have questions and soon we were rattling off every question we could think of and firing them at the poor woman. This was not the type of 'Tommy Chong' employee you'd judgmentally expect to work with products to get people high. She was so courteous, professional, knowledgeable and funny! My partner was curious about what products people with serious medical conditions would use and even though we couldn't buy any of them, Hilary (Hillary? Hillerie? Miss Clinton?) wasn't annoyed at all and told us about some of the items. I don't think I could walk into a Ferrari dealership, tell the salesman I can't buy anything in here and expect the salesman to stick around. We tried not to be those tourists, but Hilary seemed genuinely interested in us and giving us a positive experience. We remember two other women working there that smiled at us but Hilary was sure to give us her full attention which we really appreciated. There was so much of the green stuff we truly wanted to smell each one but we got the top 10 recommendations from Hilary, who even had a hard time narrowing it down! (Yes, they let you smell and look at it all!) We ended up getting some of Jimi Hendrix and Oregon triple diesel as well as chewy fruity candies and top shelf lighters! We had way too much fun in there and are amazed at how well this industry is thriving. If every place was like Top Shelf in terms of atmosphere, quality and selection of items and professionalism of service, there should be one on every street corner because having to fly there is slightly inconveniencing! Thank you!

Top Shelf is the best dispensary to go to! They are always friendly, ready to help, and have amazing selections to choose from.
