“My mother and I love to go dispensary hoping here in bend so far this was one of the worst stores in town in my opinion. I first noticed the parking lot was completely empty the whole time i was there. Second it took for ever to get registered as a new patient. When I finally got back to the show room with the owner I started asking questions on different strains and there ratings and he looked at me like who are you? He then went on to annoyingly go down every jar saying its numbers in a mocking way. He goes on talking about how there all his strains and how he was a high times grower ect...ect.. I then asked about eatables and he recommended the strawberry lemonade saying it would knock my socks off, I proceeded to tell him I'm chronic and I have hard time getting medicated off it. He then goes on to say he is way more chronic then I am and it would def "jack me up". So I left the dispensary purchasing 2 joints and a strawberry lemonade. The lemonade sucked didn't even get a buzz after drinking the whole thing. I then after 6 hours or so smoked one of his "wife's perfect rolled joint" it was falling apart vary harsh not rolled well. Honestly not impressed and will not be returning. But to end this nicely I did manage to get high off the bad joint. Rather go else where tho.”

Been here done that definitely going back! I've been going here ever since legalization it's a great store it's totally like down to earth small-town feel the staff is friendly and helpful and they even have weed Monopoly how cool is that?! You need to check this place out!

Had David as a budtender and he was really nice and knowledgable. They have a good selection from ok cheap bud to top quality bud so it has a little bit of everything. The only thing that was really disappointing was while trying to open the salve made by your store we found a price tag that said $10(sold it to us at $30) and it was made two years ago....wasn't even sure if it was still good... Kinda tacky on your part. I would recommend making sure all your products are new and haven't been sitting around if it says your stores name on the top. over-all not bad but some kinks need to be worked out.

After 25 mins waiting as a medical patient, i walked out without being helped.

Top Shelf Medicine is one of the best dispensaries I've ever been in. They have over 25+ strains with 20+%THC. Their prices are the best I've seen in Central Oregon. If you haven't gone to Top Shelf Medicine you need to put it on the top of your list. Great Jobs Guys!

I was a first timer so I asked Frank alot if questions. He acted as ty Hough he was informed. My complete purchase was a waste of money. The flower was harsh GSC and Galactic Animal that was slightly better. Then, I specifically asked if the shatter was stable. Frank said yes. It was a gooey mess. He was not knowledgeable about the products. Try Jenny's!!!

I'm in weekly, and this place has a great selection, and the best prices in town. With a fixed budget, I only have a set amount I can spend each week, and the people here make sure I get the most for my money. Really sucks to run out and need to wait a day or two until payday. I can always find some good stuff here much cheaper than elsewhere.

Thank You Top Shelf, I am on fixed SSI income of $850 a month so I need to buy QUALITY product at a low price and you guy's do that, with your flower grams.

Some of the nicest people work here...many thanks to the owner for passing the savings along-- not everyone who needs meds can afford a medical card. I found two strains here (same batch) selling for much more money at another shop...these savings are appreciated, that and the excellent, friendly customer service from your knowledgeable staff, thanks! Not my first time in, haven't shopped here in a while but the bud has definitely gotten better overall, so i will be back at these prices!

After discovering Top Shelf Medicine I haven't been to any other dispensaries in town. They are the best!

Top Shelf Medicine is not a proper name for this dispensary, as their product is not top shelf. I actually found a seed in my 8th of "Snoops Bubonic Chronic" a strain that I cannot find any info on online except for this place. The 8th was mostly pop corn nugs with lots of stems, very disappointed. I also got an 8th of the Pineapple express which was pretty good for the price. I really think this place should be called "Budget Buds" as they have a good selection at low prices but its not the highest quality. The staff member was nice but overwhelmed as it was just him and there were 4 patients. The signs were hard to read, and the strains book was confusing. I really dislike their stickers too they are hard to read and do not tell you what % indica or sativa it is. I also got a few pre-rolled joints which were pretty sloppy, one of mine had a hole in the paper, and the other one was uneven. Looks like they just used a cheap zig zag hand rolling machine.

Favorite shop in town for over a year running. Very competitive pricing, huge selection of flower. Some of the best bud tenders i have had the pleasure to meet, very passionate, extremely knowledgeable and CLEAN.

The staff are friendly and funny. I often forget I'm buying herb and enjoy the conversations.

If you're a real life stoner you know marijuana brings people together. This place is doing the opposite by making people feel as though they only cater to a certain person. Plenty of great shops in town I highly recommend you stop by any of them but here!
