Top Shelf Medicine- Bend

Top Shelf Medicine is not a proper name for this dispensary, as their product is not top shelf. I actually found a seed in my 8th of "Snoops Bubonic Chronic" a strain that I cannot find any info on online except for this place. The 8th was mostly pop corn nugs with lots of stems, very disappointed. I also got an 8th of the Pineapple express which was pretty good for the price. I really think this place should be called "Budget Buds" as they have a good selection at low prices but its not the highest quality. The staff member was nice but overwhelmed as it was just him and there were 4 patients. The signs were hard to read, and the strains book was confusing. I really dislike their stickers too they are hard to read and do not tell you what % indica or sativa it is. I also got a few pre-rolled joints which were pretty sloppy, one of mine had a hole in the paper, and the other one was uneven. Looks like they just used a cheap zig zag hand rolling machine.
