Although the name has changed....It's still the same awesome place. Great selection, Good prices, & Chris is always helpful, with knowledge of the products. It's a regular stopping place for me!

TLC is spacious, clean, and has a GREAT selection. As far as dispensaries go, this one is less on the "mom n pop" side of things, but that's okay. The budtenders are friendly, the bud is good, and the prices are reasonable. And even when the line is long, the wait isn't. The only bad thing I have to say about this place is that they don't accept cards. They do have an ATM inside, but who wants to pay ATM fees?

The faculty was very clean and organized. The process was orderly and quick. Haley was an immense help to us while we were browsing the selection. This place is probably one of my favorite establishments to frequent. I'm always greeted professionally and in a friendly manner. Thank you for your services.

When I walked in I was super surprised, the atmosphere was gorgeous and very spacious. I didn't have to wait long and Haley helped me but unfortunately they were out of edibles and she didn't know when they would be getting more . Regardless I was happy with the experience and got a pre-roll, I definitely will be going back. orderid:112357

This has become my goto shop. They ALWAYS have something, even if its not what you originally intended, the staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Not a criticism, but they do seem to get a lot of different products that will be there one day, and gone the next, replaced with a different vendors product. My last visit there was for some pre-rolls. By the time I got there they were running low, and as I made my purchase, the last one on the shelf went to another customer.. OH NO!!.. BUT wait.. Andrew, my bud -tender snapped his fingers, gave a slight wink, and rushed off out of sight, soon to return with the very last pre-roll of Ghost Train Haze! Andrew had a great suggestion for my needs, and was able to come through just when it seemed the last Hazy Train had left the Depot. Thanks a bunch, you guys are great.

The employees here understand what they are selling and don't try to force high-testing herbs on you. Rather they try to figure out what you're looking for. The real reason I like this place is the wide selection of herbs and concentrates as well as the very helpful staff. (Especially Dylan) 83947

I thought this store was the best shop of its kind, in the Salem area. There was basically no wait time "inline." And I was in and out of the shop within two or three minutes. Highly impressed with customer service (cody), and the quality of the product I chose(OG.kush) was excellent. I would definitely give them 2 thumbs up and I'll be sure to recomend the TLC EMPORIUM to all fellow bud smokers. Great job guys! Thanks for opening up here, in the Heart of Oregon.-😉

Not my first visit. Quality of the cannabis is top notch even with the lower priced strains. My bud tender semmed matter of fact and gave me a vibe of just buy what you want and go. But staff are friendly. ID#88620

Truly amazing selection of dry and fairly mediocre flower, but where's the service? Budtenders know nothing about marijuana. I feel like I'm shopping in a warehouse staffed by morgue attendants. Also didn't appreciate budtenders complaining about other customers in front of new customers. Won't be back.

I can't say I'm impressed with the service at my favorite medical dispensary anymore since the start of rec sales. Special order clones: Asked what the general time frame is on these.. days, weeks, months? The tone of the answer was more "How the hell should *I* know" than "It's impossible to say for sure." Made me feel stupid for asking despite the fact that it's a perfectly reasonable question. You'll excuse me if I'm not okay with having zero idea what to expect. Packaging: My clones were put into a box, and the bottom of that box was secured using two tiny product labels instead of tape. Predictably, the box completely failed before I even took them out of the car. Saved the clones, but no thanks to the careless packaging job. Sativa/Indica: Nobody expects a budtender to memorize the details of every strain. It's okay to look things up or say "I'm not sure." It's not okay to tell me a clone is an Indica when it's actually a Sativa. If you work in a dispensary and give me an answer with confidence, I should be able to trust that answer. I find these things frustrating not only as a patient and a customer, but as someone with high standards who'd figuratively kill for one of these positions any day of the week.
