Staff made sure to say hi and let me know about their current deals when I walked in the door. Which was good cause I was there for oil, which was on sale. Also like the bonus bud bag, cool idea. Got a pipe and a gram for under 10$, and some shatter for 25$. Very big open shop that you can walk around and explore. Ver good burger joint next door to boot

My usual dispensary is pretty cheap and close to my house, I always know they will have what I want and there's never a long line. When a friend was going to TLC I decided to tag along; not to shop, just to check it out. We were greeted at the door and offered a tour if we wanted one. There was a long line and more people coming in behind us. My friend jumped in line and I decided to look around. They have so much stuff I'd never seen before and I learned the difference between Indica, Hybrid and Sativa. So I'm making my way around the HUGE showroom checking out the glass pipe section and after a couple minutes my friend calls me over to the counter to help decide what to get. Turns out they have a zillion different kinds of weed to choose from. I ended up getting a gorgeous one foot multi stage glass water pipe ($99) & 7 grams of my favorite weed (white widow $56) My usual shop charges me $116 for 7 grams of white widow! I realize now why TLC has long lines. Everyone shops here. I never leave reviews but TLC deserves props. The shop feels like a herb pharmacy/modern museum with great energy and friendly, happy staff. So will I shop here again? You bet. Probably only here. Do I care about the other reviews I read here on Leafly downing TLC for long lines? No I do not. I like to eat at busy restaurants too. I have been here several times now, and quite a few other places, this is my go-to. other places, bud tenders can't answer my questions, but I can always count on these guys knowing their stuff!

Very disappointed. They falsely advertise prices. Rude customer service. Looked up the price of particular strain. Listed on leaf fly at a certain price per half ounce, drove in from aumsville to get it just to have them tell me they only sell that strain by the gram. When I showed the store employee the prices on leaf fly he just said that I can't go by those prices. I'll never come here again. Rude staff :(

This is my favorite place to go period. Not only are the prices more than fair and there is a fantastic selection, but the staff is kind, competent, and helpful! I love when I come in and Drew is there. I tend to get edibles but no matter what I get I'm never disappointed.

Green Cross is a delight from start to finish. The atmosphere is surprisingly educational while maintaining a professional and unique intrigue. First timers and seasoned users alike will feel right at home with the atmosphere. The selection is great and most (if not all) of their products are displayed in glass cases away from the counter, allowing you to browse at your own pace before approaching one of the charismatic bud tenders. The bud tenders know their product and are helpful to boot. I️ have Celiac Disease, so I️ have to be obnoxiously picky with reading labels and asking questions, and my bud tender, Drew, was patient without making me feel alienated like I️ usually do when dealing with edibles - which is impressive (trust me). Great selection of flower and concentrates with a healthy selection of everything else. Their packaging for flower and prerolls is clean and professional. Definitely recommend for anyone in or passing through Salem!

I enjoyed my visit. my bud tender Tim was I formative and not pushy. I'll be back as quality and device were bar none.

I only come in when Morgan is working because I can always count on her extensive knowledge of cannabis which helps me narrow down my strain choices and she always lets me take my time to admire and examine the product without making me feel rushed or obligated. I can tell she has a passion for the industry and takes time to understand the medicine she's working with. She also spares you the overwhelming customer service bullshit, which some of the others there could learn from.

It was my first time in this store and only like my 3rd dispensary visit since i turned 21. I went in and Drew helped me. She was so happy and energetic and knowledgeable. I also loved the whole atmosphere and layout of the store. Im officially a part of their text club :) loved this store and its officially my favorite dispensary.

last time I set foot in this place.... 20%-50% increase in prices suddenly. F that, there is NO shortage of weed for these places to buy, they are just price gouging and being greedy with the 2 months of tax free sales they were handed..... I can't wait to watch places like this shrivel up and die next year. I would recommend NO ONE go and reward this kind of greed. THIS is what fuels the 'black market'

Just moved back to Salem from Oklahoma after 2 years. My Ol lady has never been to Oregon a day in her life. Her first time in a dispensary here. They treated her well and helped and assisted her in a professional manner. Much appreciated. Great service, Product and accessories. Highly recommended.

I really like how bright and friendly this dispensary feels. They spend lots of time with the customer and don't let us feel overwhelmed by the menu choices.

The always friendly staff offer Knowledgeable and insightful recommendations, for both recreational or therapeutic alternatives from a large collection of local farms. Just Fantastic

This is a good place, but the atmosphere isn't right too much of a business feel and it doesn't feel like they really enjoy marijuana they just sell it cause it's their job.
