Gave tlc another try, only to be let down again. Rude security, clueless budtenders. Horrible trap music the entire time. I think it’s safe to say I’ll never be attending tlc ever again, considering there are better shops opening everyday with the new Rec laws. Their non JB stuff is half the quality but the same price when they are low on JB flower because this dispensary isn’t about the patient, but about profit.

Your prepackaged 1/4 of Sundae Driver 19 was .5 short!!! That's half a gram. A gram here costs 16/20 bucks. Thats 8-10 dollars y'all fucked me out of. That's food money. If someone is paying this much for some bud, they should get the CORRECT WEIGHT!!!! WTF????

The lines are ridiculous today with no system in place to get people in and out faster. The security were clueless as to what was going on or simply didn't care. I saw fights in line and people leaving angrily after realize they waited 2 hours so they can wait another 2 hours. The experience was horrible and their system is outdated. Go elsewhere if they drop anything new

I gave a 1 for quality. A 3 for service(should be a 2), and a 4 for atmosphere. Collective and jungle boy products are a thing u must try if visting cali/LA or LA, or u live in LA. After having my mmj card for 10+ years ive seen it all been to 100's of shops and TLC really wins it for me for SoCal dispensaries. If ur into exotik strains that are ALL fire then this is the place to go, or concentrate lovers, if ur just into flower find a new place cus now they are recreational/medical the cheapest 8th is stupid expensive, just a few bucks away from what I get a 1/4 for of the same quality elsewhere. But concentrates, shatters, budders exc. they are unbeatable!(used to have good flower deals but stopped that now is recreational aw(and as expected).). idk it might make mine a 4* cus i gave a 5/3/4 for quality/service/and atmosphere. Check it out if ur a 710 lover! My favorite shop although they have some rude ass people who work there and i cant even think of anything specific its so common. FIRE, GAS, DIESEL, LOUD, whatever you want to call it, they all equal TLC!

Jungle Boys bud is absolutely amazing! I was a grower for 10+ years and they are one of the few who are in the same realm of quality, flavor and strength. TLC overall is a great dispensary but there are definitely a few downfalls: - WAY too loud. I get they want a party vibe, but I can't think straight with the music, chatter and the WELCOME! every 10 seconds. - Lines can be nuts... Of course, its a great product so sometimes you have to wait, but I've spent damn near an hour here in line before. Don't come if you're in a hurry! That being said, TLC is still one of the best, but I'd recommend checking out AHPS instead for a much chiller experience.

Had the best experience today! Dee with the red hair was quick to show me the deals and point out the jungle boys flowers that were left. And when It came to ringing everything up she was quick at adding up the total and I hope she helps me every time. Thx

Tlc is one of the best shops in la no question asked they got their flavors on lock come by and check em out you won't be disappointed at all their oils are top of the line to with their flavors come by and see won't be disappointed

I was excited to see that TLC had sugar trim, so of course I drove over and stocked up. After getting home I looked at the packaging to see how they were testing. I picked up zacks pie, mimosa, do si dos, and purple punch. The first thing I noticed was that it was not manufactured by TLC, but instead Cannable Organics. I thought to myself no need to worry they probably just improved the process. Next thing I notice is that the amount of THC has been reduced to almost 35% of the amount that Oil Refinery would produce. Finally, the dab tasted of some random chemical, and has left the worst taste in my mouth. To finish off I would like to say that TLC has lost a loyal customer of at least 4 years. Not to mention the five friends I have that regularly grab sugar trim will be notified of the changes immediately.

This place is the bees knees! Great meds, great deals and very knowledgable staff! I would deff recommend this place to everyone!

How can I start out saying that tlc is the greatest dispensary in town!!!! Awesome medication for a low donation required staffs are really chill and respectful always know how to treat a patient well!!!

The location/neighborhood is gross, I don't feel safe. The staff inside the actual dispensary are very friendly. I wish I could say the same for the two girls at the front desk. I drove 20+ miles for a specific item that was on the menu online, and they DID NOT have it. I also do not like the fact that you have to bring your recommendation EVERY single time, even if you're a returning patient. No other decent dispensary requires the paperwork after the first time. I went back for my 3rd time, and was refused entrance for that very reason. I was told they could charge me $5.00 for a copy of my paperwork. Being that I travelled over an hour to get there I agreed. The girl couldn't find my file, so her excuse was that I was not a member for 3months or more, she couldn't give me a copy!! Ohhhh Kay! You just lost a client! I will NEVER RETURN, and plan on spreading the word.

Jungle Boys, awesome when they have sativa dominant strains. Service needs some work. Last 2 times I went the girls looked at me funny, i know im not the mosy Handsome although i'd like to feel comfortable. The second time the girl looked at me funny and nodded as if she said " i'm not going with him" and looked at the other girl doing so while somewhat laughing. Then the girl that did attend me seemed almost paranoid and would cut me off every time someone walked in with "welcome." Usually doesn't bother me but the manner it was done felt uncomfortable. I recently went to medmen to give it a shot and its more expensive but i could see why people who obviously have more to offer would go there considering the level of professionalism and using men as well doesn't intimidate anyone. Not saying I wont go back but maybe you guys should consider training your female workers not to insult customers that are in line.
