The location/neighborhood is gross, I don't feel safe. The staff inside the actual dispensary are very friendly. I wish I could say the same for the two girls at the front desk. I drove 20+ miles for a specific item that was on the menu online, and they DID NOT have it. I also do not like the fact that you have to bring your recommendation EVERY single time, even if you're a returning patient. No other decent dispensary requires the paperwork after the first time. I went back for my 3rd time, and was refused entrance for that very reason. I was told they could charge me $5.00 for a copy of my paperwork. Being that I travelled over an hour to get there I agreed. The girl couldn't find my file, so her excuse was that I was not a member for 3months or more, she couldn't give me a copy!! Ohhhh Kay! You just lost a client! I will NEVER RETURN, and plan on spreading the word.
