Didn't get a chance to see the inside /COVID19--bummer. Did like what I saw on their website.

More flower options, less of a wait

The people are very friendly and kind. Unfortunately it seems a bit disorganized. Orders ready in min, but waiting to get it to your car you'll wait 15min to an hour. They are busy, they do need to label every order and check it so I do take that into account. The price are great hence they stay busy and you'll have a bit of a wait. Is it worth checking out? 100% absolutely.

The people could not be nicer from the front desk to the agents to the guards. I will say their inventory mgmt leaves a lot to be desired. I know of no other dispensary which takes as long as TLR to restock. Having said that they have competitive pricing discounts etc. When I do I shop elsewhere it’s bc of their inventory issues.

Fast and great customer service.

This place sucks in so many ways. I had the most frustrating experience at this dispensary. I will NEVER be back. You treat you customers like trash. And there are better dispensaries with better products, prices, customer service, knowledgeable staff and better wait times. Be better. If you close your business early you should let your customers know. It should be posted online, the answering service and a message on the door. If you had done one of these things it would have prevented one of the most frustrating moments I’ve dealt with. Being ignored, disregarded and disrespected isn’t a fun time. I wish I could give you a -10 score.

Stopped by as Part of my Budcation! 5.0 Evan was particularly helpful and the atmosphere is just incredible! Would like to see more Evermore flower available as I love it's terpy nature but other than that, top notch!!

Convenient

Not very many options to choose from here. They also keep medical patients waiting. I thought medical had the advantage of being seen before rec? When did that change?

one of my favorites, great service and excellent staff. one of, if not the best maintained online menus in maryland. I live closer to three other dispensaries, but I prefer to come here.

I had a wonderful experience at the Living Room today, with thanks to Tabitha, my superfriendly and helpful budtender. Unlike most local dispensaries, the Living Room permits stacking of available discounts (in my case, I received discounts for accrued points, a senior discount, and an additional $5 off for using CanPay Debit), and actually informs customers of what discounts are available. It has a large and varied product selection, very competitive prices, ample parking, an efficient online ordering system, an Express Window for preorders that actually lives up to its name, and a location very convenient to the Baltimore Beltway. Highly recommended!

The employees are great but watch out…you save your points and you think you can use them anytime like at any normal dispensary, but not at this one! If you apply any other discount or what you want to purchase happens to be on sale, you cannot use the points that you’ve acquired. The most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard of. I have been coming here since they opened. This has to be a new. Why am I going to give up my 20% medical discount to be able to spend my own money that I have acquired over the months. Curaleaf allows me to spend it whenever I want to!!!

With being new to the medical scene I was completely shocked at how helpful and welcoming everyone at this location was. From the front door to the staff thru out the process. They are overly helpful and extremely nice and helpful... customer forever of you step foot in this place

Living room products are always top tier I never spend more than 10 minutes in the waiting room, it is by far my favorite dispensary!!!

New go to spot. Love evermore product so this is the place for me. Guy who helped me was super nice and offered great suggestions. Will be back!

I love the vibe and staff at The Living Room. Everyone is super friendly and knowledgeable—always down to answer any questions. Downside, I wish they had better deals and sold Curio (I know why they don’t).

I love coming to The Living Room. The staff -- especially Israel (I'm sorry if I spelled that wrong) -- are always so so so so friendly and kind! They're knowledgable, and the deals are pretty good too. The Living Room also has a good community presence, which I appreciate. Great spot, don't sleep on them!

The living room had great employees and they were very helpful. I did not need to wait long and they made the porcces fast and easy.
