The Living Room

This is the third time I’ve gone for products and they were out of inventory early in the day. I asked to speak to a manager and all he did was debate and argue with me. They’ve lost a customer, for sure.

PRICE RAISE / discounts cut :( The living room used to offer BOGO 50% off, essentially 25% off items depending on the day. During Covid they changed their deals to 22% off everyday, and 30% off if you bought an ounce of flower. They have now cut that discount to no further than 15% off anything, with no further discount if you buy an ounce. Used to be able to buy an ounce for $280, given it was $50 8ths before discount. That same ounce would now be $340. No more BOGO 50% off either. Management - We know you can bring prices back down and offer the previous discounts, so please do.

Would never shop there again unless they was the only place in the world that had flowers!

Pre ordered. Got checked in. Sat for forty minutes while employees passed me by to take other patients. Asked a couple time’s if there was a problem. Employees ignored me.

I was there on 5//20/20. I had a big order and everything was correct. I had to wait for like 30 mins. I didn't mind at all. Do to our current situation it was understandable. The service was excellent. I highly recommend this place. Excellent deals!

I come from Annapolis, but work late shifts. Finally had a day off today to come by and see what the menu was about, I had heard wonderful things from a lot of reliable sources :) The staff was EXTREMELY friendly and personable, it was a very homey environment. Marva at the front desk was wonderful, and their selection of Evermore concentrates (my favorite) was off the charts!! I’ve never seen so many strains of Evermore IN ONE PLACE! Left spending a hefty amount but left the most please with my purchase I had ever been since I’ve had my card. At other dispensaries I usually I walk out with one or two questionable things I maybe later regret buying but not at Temescal/The Living Room. I wish I could remember the young ladies named that helped me it started with an “M”.... awesome personality!! So very helpful and had great suggestions about the menu for the particular brand I like. Thank you all!! I will be back so soon!!

Didn’t even get a chance to shop there, called and got a smart attitude from the person answering the phone about the over priced cookies. I asked if they had any and was responded with a “better luck next time, oooo that sucks”, sounding almost like gene wilder at the end of Willy Wonka . Shut up and get outta here with that BS. Just say sorry we’re out of cookies, or how about “sorry sir next time we won’t list them on our website only to remove them 5 minutes before opening”. So did your staff buy them up or are you allowing online ordering before opening? Either way I can tell from that person they aren’t worth shopping at. No wonder they’re called the living room, it’s the most useless room in the house.

I will never shop at the living room ever again after the way they treated me just an hour before writing this review, i had online curbside order of three eights of sunset octane was $28 each on discount and an eighth of star dawg was $50 not on discount and i wanted to use my points for the item that was not on discount as usual and they said that they did but they actually didn’t and changed my debit card for $136 and when i asked they said we changed the same system and they took back the order and refunded the money without asking me even though i told him it’s fine i will pay the full price then but they refused to serve me, never going there again i have 150 grams of flower alotment that i used to spend all of it in the living room since it was temescal welllness in 2018 it’s actually the first dispensary i went to after i got my card but it’s going down i will tell everyone that i know to never go there or use evermore products

After finally finding a dispensary that would deliver, I thought I might have to compromise on quality, selection, sales, discounts - or all of above. Nope. Nice selection, good prices and great deals. Super nice budtenders. New fave dispo. Kenny is the GOAT! :)

This is probably my favorite dispensary. Everyone here is so knowledgeable, they’re helpful, and they care about their patients. The prices are good and they’re one of the only dispensaries I’ve seen that offer a pediatric discount, which I love.

Friendly staff that is also well informed. They always have an excellent selection. This place has great deals!!! Today they had an incredible special on one of my favorite strains-Cinderella 99 !!! Temsical handles baker points dollar for dollar...as opposed to other dispensaries that check you in for 20 points whether you buy a joint or drop $300. It’s not the fanciest place, but definitely a favorite !!!

More flower options, less of a wait

Convenient

The people could not be nicer from the front desk to the agents to the guards. I will say their inventory mgmt leaves a lot to be desired. I know of no other dispensary which takes as long as TLR to restock. Having said that they have competitive pricing discounts etc. When I do I shop elsewhere it’s bc of their inventory issues.

I need to give a shout out to TLR and their delivery team! Amazing service and deals. Gotta shout out Eddie as he always is able to make things right if something goes out of stock due to the sale. Thank you again!

With being new to the medical scene I was completely shocked at how helpful and welcoming everyone at this location was. From the front door to the staff thru out the process. They are overly helpful and extremely nice and helpful... customer forever of you step foot in this place

I love coming to The Living Room. The staff -- especially Israel (I'm sorry if I spelled that wrong) -- are always so so so so friendly and kind! They're knowledgable, and the deals are pretty good too. The Living Room also has a good community presence, which I appreciate. Great spot, don't sleep on them!

This place sucks in so many ways. I had the most frustrating experience at this dispensary. I will NEVER be back. You treat you customers like trash. And there are better dispensaries with better products, prices, customer service, knowledgeable staff and better wait times. Be better. If you close your business early you should let your customers know. It should be posted online, the answering service and a message on the door. If you had done one of these things it would have prevented one of the most frustrating moments I’ve dealt with. Being ignored, disregarded and disrespected isn’t a fun time. I wish I could give you a -10 score.

I had a wonderful experience at the Living Room today, with thanks to Tabitha, my superfriendly and helpful budtender. Unlike most local dispensaries, the Living Room permits stacking of available discounts (in my case, I received discounts for accrued points, a senior discount, and an additional $5 off for using CanPay Debit), and actually informs customers of what discounts are available. It has a large and varied product selection, very competitive prices, ample parking, an efficient online ordering system, an Express Window for preorders that actually lives up to its name, and a location very convenient to the Baltimore Beltway. Highly recommended!
