The Botanist - Buffalo

This has been interesting! Close by so convenient for me. The pharmacist who helped me decide on product usage was extremely helpful. It is clean and looks inviting , but the process of entering, getting my product and exiting is very confusing and weird.

I’d give more than 5 starts if I could. The Botanist is the only place I will go. They have a beautiful space, fair priced products (much less than other licensed state dispensaries) and they invest in their customers. The staff has always taken the time to answer all my questions, super knowledgeable and they know more about my child and his needs than his last pediatrician. The pharmacists are great, never once been disappointed by customer service from the person checking IDs at the window to cashing out, especially Dan C. We’ll be life long customers.

The team was wonderful from door Jamal to pharmacist and medical assistance. Everyone was pleasant and knowledgeable about the entire process. Highly recommended.

Convenient downtown location with fast and super friendly staffing. I never feel afraid to ask questions about the different products and get honest feedback and recommendations. Much appreciated

This is my favorite dispensary in WNY. I feel comfortable there, the staff is kind, the pharmacist is occasionally available to speak with directly, the atmosphere is not triggering.

this was my gf's and my 1st visit to a dispensary. i cant say anything about the quality of the products yet because she just started last night. but going to the botanist was a very pleasant and non stressful event for her. we met with brian, who was very professional and informative. im the caregiver for my gf and ill definitely be returning here when she cant make the trip. all in all it was a smooth process for her 1st visit.

Super friendly, very knowledgeable.

First time for taking anything including THC, and first dispensary experience. The security guard was a little off putting at first, though I wasn’t expecting one. He was very helpful though, and polite. COVID-19 was the only real issue. It was hard to gauge the service and atmosphere without being able to have a more normal experience. The pharmacists were nice and helpful. They also had a buy one get one deal, I wish I could’ve purchased more. Oh well. Overall great first experience.
