It's great to see people of all ages serving the public. Product is good! You have a good variety of product, although I did want regular rolling papers but you had only various colors. Staff is knowledgeable. Especially the nice that lady greets you at the door. She is very courteous!

The Vault is lucky that it has Loyal Lake Stevens yuppies to tend to...Can't rely on leafly menu or even the regular website menu as they are routinely "off!!"...The only thing I purchase are Swifts truffles but $8 for singles is a joke. Why anyone would choose to pay 45$ -50$ for flower grown with pesticides is a head scratcher. I also heard a budtender tell a 20 something customer that you can smell the dankness through the vendor's cheap plastic packaging ....righhhtt..Have Fun getting ripped off there though

The Vault is great and I'm a big fan of their pickup system, but some of their oil products are really hit or miss. Beware buying the Dose brand "tanker" refills, which are apparently not covered by The Vault's return policy. We bought 3 of them and none worked, which was a huge waste of nearly $100. It would have been nice to know beforehand that the return policy doesn't apply to these products.
They are always friendly and helpful at the vault. Never had a problem. Sometimes very busy there but that keeps the flower fresh👍
Easy online ordering and pick up. They always have something I like and friendly bud tenders who make good recommendations.
Pick up service definitely needs work. I wasnt the only one picking up and couldnt get thru to the store, kept getting a busy tone for almost 20 mins. Then had to finally go inside to let them know I was there.
Online ordering and curbside pickup is awesome! They are quick to process orders and staff is always friendly.

I've been coming to the vault for years! I've always loved the people inside the customer service but lately a lot of really good people are leaving which is sad something else that is really sad to me as a customer that I actually look forward to coming in on a daily was the case with the percentage off of all the mismatched oil cartridges and flower. I'm pretty disappointed that the case is no longer it really was something to look forward to including the people that work there. at this point somebody that comes into the Vault daily I might be finding a new place to go.

Absolutely disgusted by the lack of customer service skills these employees have. Never have I felt so invasive because I had questions about a product. They are there to help decide on a product and answer questions. When I asked the employee about a strain, she rolled her eyes and walked to the back room. Been a customer here for years, will not be returning because of this lady’s approach on Customer service.

Friendly, approachable budtenders that can tell you about anything in the store- they make sure that you find what you’re looking for, or as close as they can get to it!

This place sells me under weighed grams of oil all the time. I got a gram yesterday that i paid 35 for and it weighed .65 and the manager said she cant do anything for me even tho this happens to me everytime i go and the employees are always super rude to me so Im def gonna be driving to Seattle for my oil. Its not worth it to go here and not get what you pay for. I definetly DO NOT recommend the vault.
The staff seem nice but the manager is rude to customers and staff alike. I won’t be going back until there is new management.

I will start by saying I have been a regular customer for a couple years at the lake Stevens location.
HOWEVER
I came in to the lake Stevens location today. The website says if you're wearing Seahawks gear you get 25% off (as it is Sunday).
When the employee rang me up she did not give a discount. When I asked about the discount for Seahawks gear, the response I received was, well frankly, unacceptable.
"The website is a Seahawks fan but I am not. Of you had Patriots gear I would give you the discount."
At first I assumed it was a joke, but then she refused to give me the discount and charged full price.
I went out of my way to come here as a loyal customer. This experience has me questioning whether I should return to the vault.
Let me be clear: this is false advertising
I placed my online order & got a text at 7:20PM saying that my order was ready to pickup. I drove 12 miles to get there & was told that I MUST come into the store to get my order because they cutoff car service at 7:00PM. I explained that I am 68 years old, having surgery in 3 days & can't risk it. There was absolutely NO mention of a 7PM cutoff for order pickup anywhere on the website, text message or signage. This was pure age discrimination by the staff at the Lake Stevens Vault. The staff needs retraining & if pickup cutoff really IS 7:00PM, post it so people don't waste precious time driving for nothing. My time & personal safety means zip to their staff. I will shop elsewhere in the future.

This, by far, is the best place to come for your products. The staff is awesome. They know their stuff. I drive 15 miles out of my way to come here because of the service.
NEVER trust the budtenders to know wtf their doing. Came in here today, bought an eight of blackberry kush strain that was recommended by a budtender. Great. I get home only to find out, he actually didn’t give me the strain specific I asked for. Instead gave me sativa
Dominant hybrid. I smoke indica only for a reason, so I gave them a call and let them know. Spoke with a budtender who at the time assumed it was him that helped me out initially. I asked him if it was ok that i won’t be for another couple of hours and he said it was totally fine. I come back to the store only to be told that it’s too late for an exchange and all they can offer is 35% off my next purchase. So basically, I’m out the money I paid for a bag of weed I can’t smoke, and expect me to spend more money to actually get what I already asked for in the first place. I was already anxious to begin with and now this whole ordeal has made it much worst! And all they can say is “well Nate didn’t know.....” how is it my problem if an employee is giving out the wrong info? Why am I the one paying the price for 2 employees mistakes?
My advice is double check your product before walking out this store. Incompetent people seem to be running the place.

Tyrant knee benders with inconsistant pricing and policies. I have gotten better products for less money and 0 hassle from nearly every dispensary I have gone to. Every bud tender seems to have a different understanding of what sales and discounts they honor. Very weak management. Many of the employees seemed fine. If you like over priced grams and ever shifting practices than this place might be fore you.

The store is beautiful, in a great location with a cute CBD shop next door. They also have good selection of growers. Cons are it’s over priced compared to nearby stores. That’s the catch, there isn’t very many nearby stores. Small competition means higher prices. Although they don’t have the best marketing strategies, in comparison to their competitors. I walked in, while looking around I inquired about if their was an special deals. In a sad response the budtender said , “Unfortunately no, we are slow.” Where as down the road, another store was offering 15% off if you shopped before 10am deal. All in all the shop looked great, and the prices make sense for the location. The morale of the workers could be higher, to make the experience feel a little more luxurious and worth spending the money. I used to make this my first choice, lately i’ve been wanting to stop going here altogether.

Great selection and helpful staff. They were having some computer difficulty when we were there, but the staff helped each other speed is on our way with several new recommendations. Can't wait to try them.

Place was dank, selection was tight and growing. The staff was very knowledgeable, friendly and eager to help me find the product that's right for my needs. Overall I would say this is my favorite shop in Lake Stevens
