Best selection for wax, edibles, and gadgets. Decent pricing, although sometimes hard to see the pricing in store. Website now looking very helpful, just need product pics and better descriptions. Staff is varied - a few experts who really know their craft but also a few tenders who seem hurried or can't answer q's. Happy they run "specials" and stay open late. Highly recommend.

I went there yesterday for the first time and all I have to say is this is better then ANY other dispensary! The service was absolutely amazing. By far the most informative I have ever experienced! I’ve been smoking for over 25 years and never before have I even heard of activated Co2 distillate oil. My bud tender Dj informed me ALL about the distillate and tinctures. I can say that I am truly pain-free after taking the advice of my bud tender. I am extremely thankful. I will definitely be back! P.S. need more strains like that gg#4 ;) Thank you guys!!!

This is by far the best pot shop I have ever stepped foot in. Everything is on display neatly, great atmosphere. Katie is seriously the greatest budtender I’ve ever been helped by, she’s always so cheerful and happy to see everyone and has never left me disappointed. The only minor downfall I would say is they sometimes have things left on display that they no longer have in stock which can be a little frustrating at first, but they always recommend a second option that’s always fire. I highly recommend checking them out!!

Having worked in retail for two Fortune 100 companies, I understand world class customer service better than most. Upon my trip to The Vault in Lake Stevens, Lucas Cook provided nothing short of that. I was greeted the moment I walked in and served throughout my experience. Lucas was knowledgeable, fun, and a great salesman all around. Lastly, when I pulled out my money and realized I was 50 cents short, before I could even run out to my car he had grabbed it out of his pocket and told me no worries. I've been enjoying coming to The Vault for over a year now and I continue to come because of people like Lucas. -Chris

I've been going to this dispensary since it was medical, it was my first dispensary I've been to and that was over nearly 5 years ago! The employees here are knowledgeable and friendly, I would drop names of the coolest guys and gals but they're all great :D The selection(varieties of strains and companies)/quality and pricing are far superior than Seattle shops and so many other dispensaries around. The amount of flower and oil selection are high and both affordable and rewarding! Bless your families! Lake Stevens class of 2011 Stay high homies🤙🏼

DJ was a great help to me and my friend, he was informative and knowledgeable about the products and he helped us understand what we were buying.

Used to be my favorite shop. but recently the quality has dropped tremendously and i can say ill never be back. They will hire any jo blow off the street and expect them to do a job that requires experience. i usually drop about $400 everytime i stop in. There was a girl that worked there, she had long dark hair nd tattoos, i believe her name was Noe, she was by far one of the best budtenders ive ever worked with. Jessica and Trevor are my favorites as well but i never see them anymore. everytime i stop in now, it feels like there is tension in the air and everyone seems grumpy. sucks that this place took such a drop in quality. Guess i need to find a new shop.

Terrible customer service! Taking an hour or more to fulfill online orders is rediculous. I shouldn't have to call every time to see if you got the order. DO BETTER!!!

Trash. I've had multiple issues when it comes to their pricing, especially for medical patients wit recognition cards. Even though they're not a recognized store, I've had bud tenders give me different prices on multiple occasions. Sometimes I get no sales tax from a bud tender with my card. Sometimes I don't. Today, a bud tender decided not to tell me a certain amount of a product wasn't available. Instead charged me regular price on two eighths. I told em fix it but of course instead of satisfying the customer they had to argue the issue. I've been to many places and this ain't ever happened so don't bother. This place bogus as fuck. The only bud tender in there that's koo is the black dude. Appreciate the business tho. Get y'all shit together.

I have been here a few times now and the other day proved this place is amazing! My bud tender Donald was so helpful! The customer service was some of the best I’ve ever had! He actually showed me products in the cases that were absolutely amazing. And I can’t forget about William! His pre-roll suggestion was spot on! He was extremely respectful and his jokes are priceless! For sure will be going back when I need more!

I will start by saying I have been a regular customer for a couple years at the lake Stevens location. HOWEVER I came in to the lake Stevens location today. The website says if you're wearing Seahawks gear you get 25% off (as it is Sunday). When the employee rang me up she did not give a discount. When I asked about the discount for Seahawks gear, the response I received was, well frankly, unacceptable. "The website is a Seahawks fan but I am not. Of you had Patriots gear I would give you the discount." At first I assumed it was a joke, but then she refused to give me the discount and charged full price. I went out of my way to come here as a loyal customer. This experience has me questioning whether I should return to the vault. Let me be clear: this is false advertising

I placed my online order & got a text at 7:20PM saying that my order was ready to pickup. I drove 12 miles to get there & was told that I MUST come into the store to get my order because they cutoff car service at 7:00PM. I explained that I am 68 years old, having surgery in 3 days & can't risk it. There was absolutely NO mention of a 7PM cutoff for order pickup anywhere on the website, text message or signage. This was pure age discrimination by the staff at the Lake Stevens Vault. The staff needs retraining & if pickup cutoff really IS 7:00PM, post it so people don't waste precious time driving for nothing. My time & personal safety means zip to their staff. I will shop elsewhere in the future.

The store is beautiful, in a great location with a cute CBD shop next door. They also have good selection of growers. Cons are it’s over priced compared to nearby stores. That’s the catch, there isn’t very many nearby stores. Small competition means higher prices. Although they don’t have the best marketing strategies, in comparison to their competitors. I walked in, while looking around I inquired about if their was an special deals. In a sad response the budtender said , “Unfortunately no, we are slow.” Where as down the road, another store was offering 15% off if you shopped before 10am deal. All in all the shop looked great, and the prices make sense for the location. The morale of the workers could be higher, to make the experience feel a little more luxurious and worth spending the money. I used to make this my first choice, lately i’ve been wanting to stop going here altogether.

The manager was extremely helpful. It was my first time I was buying a product and he helped me navigate my way to a solution for some anxiety. His knowledge and experience was very reassuring when it came down to picking a product, his recommendation was gold. Great place!
