I love the fantastic customer service. Stephanie, is so awesome🌸 As is the rest of the staff. From the minute you walk through the door, you are greeted with happy, smiling people. And the happy vibes continue throughout your visit. The product is definitely high quality, even the "low shelf" flower and concentrate is of superior quality. They just moved down to Phoenix and aren't fully stocked yet, and still they are more stocked than other dispensaries out there. I can't wait for the official grand opening April 13-15. This is my new go-to dispensary😘

Bout half grams of Sunset Sherbet diamonds and sauce , gg#4 diamonds and sauce and sour diesel diamonds and sauce. The diesel had some nice diamonds in it but the other two had more sauce and lil diamond shards . However, everything tasted good and was medicating . I’d say they’re worth giving them a try

These guys love to throw around “local” a lot. Well. I tried to support a “local” dispensary. And I won’t return again. I stopped by at 6pm they’re suppose to be open until 8pm per their hours, mind you nothing regarding holiday hours mentioned anywhere. A superior waste of time!

I normally get great weed from Superior but this time I bought an OZ of GDP shake and it is nothing more than trim. Very little flower at all. I now know what not to get. Very disappointed.

They charge 50 dollars an eighth! The plug charged less than that 10 years ago! This place is overpriced with a tiny menu and an unorganized team. They also forgot my free preroll and I must mention their weedmaps website isnt up to date or even managed.

Dislike Them, They Claim To Have Wedding Cake From Grow Science, Then When You Get It In A Mylar Bag Not A Grow Science Jar, Then When You Open It, It’s Not Even Anything Close To Wedding Cake... I Talk To BOTH Managers About It 2 times, and they claim that I’m doing this on purpose, I save money up to shop strictly here & this is how they treat me lmao won’t be going back thanks for all they other good times and weed though

If I could give this place 0 stars I would, Kevin the general manager is a joke. He doesn’t know how too manage his employees. I would never go there again. I’d recommend any other place. Terrible dispensary.

That dude Preston is a joke. Get a different job if you don't wanna work in customer service. If you don't have time to be professional, courteous and listen to what a patient or customer has to say, bro go somewhere else cause you ruin the atmosphere of the building by being rude and inconsiderate, it's not cool. I love this place and the first time patient deals is worth the trip. Good that they so many rare and different strains. Tried the Jawa and K.K. had to tell my husband about Superior. Highly recommend for everyone to check out

Very weird vibe coming into the store. Waiting room closed off, everything's taped off, you can't sit anywhere, nobody helps you, no customer service, going to the other room to get Bud nobody's helping you. They make you stand behind some cones. They treat you like you're a farm animal, and a number they don't care about you. Dry ass weed with terrible bud tenders horrible customer service, there's was a weird smell in the lobby. nobody had mask on, nobody was social distancing. The flower is tainted with covid-19. All there products are tainted with covid-19. If you buy anything from them or walk into the shop you might catch covid-19. Please spend all of your hard earned money somewhere else plenty of good dispensaries in and around the valley. don't shop at Superior it's ghetto. and it's in the middle of the ghetto!

I gave 2 stars fpr quality only because i didn’t like any of the flower i had 3 top shelf strain and the guy even said they won awards for it none of them solved my problem But i did get a 3.5 slab of shatter and it was amazing made forget about the flower all ends well id buy that wax anyday

The location is kind of odd. The service was ok except for the recommendation of Sour Diesel. It did not smell, look, or taste like legit Sour Diesel. It tastes, smell and looks like Jack Herer which i also got and didn't like. All the strains I got including the GDP are very harsh on the throat and lungs...and have a sort of chemically taste half way through the bowl. Makes me wonder if they are spraying their plants with a pesticide or toxic anti mold agent like Myclobutanil. The "Sour Diesel" and Jack Herer were also way too dry, they just crumble to a powder when broken up. Please step up your game...there's too much better competition in this industry for,sub par medicine.

Super down to earth informative warm atmosphere..i felt like i was speaking to a peer rather than a budtender🤞😍💪 while waiting for my meds... The flowers fresh the concebtrates look loooooovvveeellllyy and the esibles omg🤞🖤🗣can someone say mooooouuuuttthhhhwwwatttteeerrrriiinnnggg!? Bruhhhhh dont dissapoint YOURSELF!! Check em out!!

1st let me say the staff is very helpful and well educated. Now to the other stuff,The construction around there would keep most people away, also like alot of other patients i think $45 for an 8th is too much. They had the overpriced 8th and the super cheap $18 8th that day. So i purchased 3 of the cheapies. All 3 were so dry the buds were crumbling in the package. if this is an indication of the flower here i wont be back. its too bad too because its a really nice dispensary.

I tried to check in here at 8:50 pm and the receptionist wouldn’t let me in saying they’re closed. If you guys are going to close early then you should turn off your open sign, and explain to your patients that you’re closed in a more professional manner then ignoring me and then yelling at me you closed. I’ve been coming here almost daily for a while now. I won’t be back after being disrespected. Nice to meet you guys and good luck. P.S. Shoutout Jordan! You the man with the recommendations tho!

First off - I want to like this dispensary. They make it hard to, honestly. The location on this dispensary is amazing. I love it, in the cut and in a cul de sac. So at first, it’s cool. When u go inside you start to get a picture of how frustrating your experience might be. So you check in behind a big bulletproof glass panel to a Receptionist. The check in area is small, I think my cell in county jail was bigger (no lie) so if there’s multiple people needing to check in, your more then likely have someone super close on your heels (yuck, covid). After you’re checked in you go to another slightly larger waiting area that’s connected to the waiting area in again a all glass cannibal lector style enclosure. Once you wait a few minutes, you go into the show room, but here’s the thing, you are secluded to a blue box where you are asked to make your selections from only a small handful of items within viewing reach. That’s my issue - the waiting area being small, the inability to look at the full products and walk around. Oh and btw this place has the worst NPS (new patient special) of any dispensary I have been to. So bad in fact, I thought the bud tender was just making it up on the fly while checking me out lol. The positives is the products that they do have are all higher quality so I would love to get some quality products and spend money here but I hate looking at an online menu and prefer to be able to walk around and look everything. You win some, you lose some. I’ll go to curaleaf or the Phoenix

Superior is the Spot. They help me get good deals. They even gave me a written paper 📝 with deals every day. I like this place because it’s close to my house. The flower is good over here.
