I absolutely love this place. It's by far my favorite dispensary. Tyler & John have been so helpful & knowledgeable about the product. Also the lady who works in the front is super friendly, always addressing me by first name & saying welcome back, (I'm in there alot) and also, my favorite bud tender is another guy who sadly I can't remember his name but he's kind of an older guy, got grayish hair, middle aged,but he is so awesome. He is always asking me about my day and seems genuinely interested. He said, they love having my business there. He always steers me in the right direction and I always take his advice on which strains of bud to choose because he has always picked premium product for me. He also gave me some pretty good tips on quitting smoking cigarettes, as I was trying to buy edibles to help with cigarette cravings, and had never tried any edibles before. I know that I can always ask the staff for their advice here on which products will best meet my own personal needs and as I said they have never given me bad product or sold me something 'because they wanted to just get rid of it' like other dispensaries do. This place is a little off the beaten path and kind of hard to find but after one time of using the GPS to get there, you should be able to remember cuz it's in the middle of nowhere and there is nothing around. Also they have a good happy hour that I always try to hit between 6-8pm where if you spend over 40 you get a free preroll. And they also offer free preroll rolls for these reviews as well, but only once a month. They have bomb prerolls too. I also explained to one of the budtenders one day that I was having trouble with my new palm battery & I had left the cartridge on while it was plugged in to charge, and it sucked out all my juice the very next day I had gotten it, even though that wasn't even their fault they still did what they could to help me out with a small discount and replacing my battery. I never have anything bad to say about this place,I just wish they were open until 10pm like all the other dispensaries, that is my only complaint.

Product quality meh. They also switched to rec also, they do not prioritize medical, they don't even have pick up line. So just FYI.

The service was horrible I paid 50 for a top shelf 8th and it was mid shelf at best super dried out . Tipped the guy he didn’t even say thank you I will never be back again

Okay.. not only did I not get what I ordered but I had ordered $11 1g jack hurer and recieved sour diesal instead and was charged $13. You guys didnt notify me about the change. The sour diesel you gave me was old marijuana, nothing fresh. it was so dry it broke like sand im being being honest and real. You charged me $13 for a gram that had very low quality. I should've checked the reciepte but at the time but I thought I didnt need to. I called 3 time to have this matter resolved but no answer...

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DISPENSARY. Terrible CUSTOMER SERVICE and they will not back their defective, overpriced vapes. Purchase High Grade brand disposable vape - which was pimped by their budtender as their top disposable vape - only to find it had been sold with a dead battery. Upon returning today I was told they have had multiple customers with 'High Grade' brand returned with bad batteries. While in waiting room vape fell to the floor and broke glass. I had to endure suspucious accusations from the Pink hair manager as if I was seriously making us these claims to score a free one. After telling me she would review the camera footage she disappeared only to reappear to tell me they found a piece of glass where I was in the waiting roomand they could not exchange for another. REALLY? Pink hair manager had to throw in the fact she was off the clock and nothing could be done without speaking to her manager and vendor and all sales are final. Please Basic CUSTOMER SERVICE 101, you back the defective vapes and products. I had another $200 in products I needed to purchase. You lost a sale and à customer because you would not exchange - knowing the 'High Grade' disposable vapes have a problem with dead batteries. Sad

Solomon, the budtender showed me such a great experience that he made my mouth drop. This was my first time in an actual dispensary, but it was the Best experience I've had by far Thanks Solomon definitely will be going back. 👍🏼

My bud tender was Analysia. This was my 1st time here and she was awesome! I’ll definitely be back just based on the customer service alone and not only that they carried the jesters I was looking for plus their house brand was pretty good compared to other house brands out there. 10/10

I check out leafly excepting test results to be correct then drive all the way from chandler to have everything that’s in store be different from the leafly. Typical dispensary in Phoenix pushing some garbage flower. You should definitely call before you waste your time with Superior.

This was my 1st time at this dispensary and I was surprised how quick I got in 🙌🏾😄 Im feelin the double louge set up for security but still comfy but the best part of this visit was the customer service! HUUUGE SHOUTOUT to Lilly for helpin ya dude out👏🏾👏🏾💯 I was a lil short [ life happens] and she was still able to help me out, goin above & beyond to get the meds I wanted too😆🤙🏾 Thanks so much & will definitely be back

I came down to try their exclusive hash-infused salsa, which was delicious and effective. The dispensary is a bit difficult to find, deep in an industrial section of west Phoenix. The atmosphere was more like a hospital than a retail store, complete with waiting room. Budtender was friendly and helpful. Worth the trip just for the salsa.

I had a great experience. I truly felt welcomed here. I wasn't being rushed out & my bud tender was willing to take their time with me. The flower I bought was recommended by my bud tender & it was pretty great! I'll be coming back soon.

This was my first there staff was really nice . got an eighth of train wreck , an eighth of jawa hush , also got an eighth of rainbow punch all pretty good strains . I took advantage of there 70 dollar deal for the first timers would definitely come back and recommend them to my friends
