The Prime Leaf - Midtown (Med/Rec)

Long time customer but after my last two visits, will probably not go back. 2nd to last visit I was told that my issue with their points ( Veterans receive 2x), would be fixed. Get there to find out it's not and their response was it's whatever the computer says, like it's alive and telling them what to do ( no ownership). Last visit, bought the Huxton BOGO and go home to find that one ofy canisters had been opened already. I go to pick it up and my medicine spilled all over the floor 🤬🤬. Guess I'll need the warning and TBH, there are better dispensaries that aren't so Corporate.

I finally managed to try Prime a few weeks ago. I can't remember his name but I got a great budtender with a few nice looking strains. There was a short wait as they were fairly busy, but the movie kept my attention. Watch your step coming in and out I almost tripped on the last step to get through the door. Overall a nice experience and I can see going back if they get a strain in that catches my eye.

This was the first dispensary I visited, and now that I've been to about a dozen I can saw without hesitation that I received the absolute best service here! Budtender took her time with me, hooked me up - and set a high standard. I would solely go to this location if only their prices were a bit lower. Although - the quality was much higher than some other dispensaries with lower prices. Wish I knew my budtenders name - average height, shaved head, best personality and service! Whoever she is, she deserves a raise.

The prime leaf was a pleasent dispensery experience, the apmosphere was that of a dr's office. The staff was very friendly and knowlegable. The donations were very reasonable, and they had great promotions. I will definitly be going back and I will also be referring other patients to them as well.

I was very disappointed when I 1st walked in I advised I was a new patient I was told “you know we close in 6 minutes “ then when I handed the guy with red hair my Id he snatched it out of my hand like me being there was inconvenient instead of taking an extra couple minutes to make me feel welcomed the red head said “ usually we give a little education and talk about products but we’re pressed for time” again I felt I was an inconvenience then a girl comes from the back grabs the tip jar from in front of me and not even an excuse me she puts the jar back and I don’t leave shit because that was RUDE! I actually walked out of there crying.....I had a really bad day, I needed some meds to feel a little better and the employees made sure to make me feel like shit because I showed up BEFORE closing if you are open until a certain time then be open! I have never had an issue at any other place but I will be sure to tell everyone I know NOT to go to The Prime Leaf.

This dispensary has very high quality and highly known name brand products but also is over charging for them.. most products are marked about 5$-10$ above recommended retail price. So end of the day they buy their name brand products in bulk for same price as every other dispensary but then charge more. I've been to almost every dispensary in Phoenix, Tucson and Flagstaff, I notice this trend happening more and as someone who works in Phoenix and lives in Tucson sometimes I laugh at these prices.. BUT is the ONLY dispensary in Tucson with such a huge variety of well known name brands across the state.

This place has become my go-to for flower. I generally buy the cheaps because I'm a gd fiend, but today I got some Modified Banana today and it is SO AMAZING! Delicious and beautiful, this strain has me feeling no pain and ready for a snack. 😁 The tenders are really knowledgeable and nice. Also they laugh at my awkward jokes, so there's also that. Nat

The wait on line is never long, they move things very smoothly. The main security guy out front is always fun to talk to. Today was my second visit and I already knew what I wanted so didn’t go in the back this time. The first visit there, I went in back and my bud tender was Glenn and he was awesome! The flower was great from my first visit. Slurricane! Amazing. Great dispensary! Great employees!

My favorite dispensary great customer service & prices

This is a second review of this dispensary. I frequent here almost every week. The customer service is always on point and there are always decent deals on edibles, flower, and cartridges. Every employee, in my opinion, seems to go above and beyond. I always recommend this one on particular to people whom are just now receiving their medical marijuana cards.

please go back to mohave or let us choose between them and the new brand on 8 gram for a 100 mondays. the new brand has no terps and is not a medically on par with the mohave. love this spot and the customer service and the quality of meds i just dont like this new change

Usually I like this place pretty well. Did a phone order last week and picked it up and when I got home learned there they gave me Cannalope haze instead of the Durban Poison I ordered and paid for. Check your order before you leave.

I love the prime leaf, it's a bit far for me but it's worth it. the staff isnt just stoners working, they know their stuff. the only complaint I've got is I've gone in a few times after picking a cart of leafly and they have a completely different variety of strains that what they had listed.

Building: [5/5] Located in Central Tucson TPL is close and has adequate parking. Inside: [4/5] The lobby is spacious and has some reading material available as well as a tv. The shop area only has one other person (the budtender) which can make it a little more intimidating than having more staff and patients in the room. Staff: [5/5] The staff here are great and are one of the most friendliest in the city. They recognized me even though I had only stopped by once before. Quality: [5/5] I tried the OG Kush and Blue Dream and both knock my socks off. Deals: [4/5] Their FTP special of half of your first eighth is one of the best FTP deals but I do not see other deals that are as good as that one. Overall: [5/5] I would recommend coming here for the FTP special, and the great people who work here!
