Horrible environment. No one listens to you when you check in. Spent 15 minutes in the wrong line. Once I go to correct line, Patient rep gives me attitude because I'm frustrated about wasting my time. *Are you going to have this same attitude if I bring you to the back? " Excuse me??? Great staff and great products however I don't appreciate the new security process. Having some "security guard"scan my driver's license on his personal phone is NOT COOL!!! Why is this necessary when I'm going to show my ID to the Budtender anyway??? I will not do business if this continues to be the practice. FIX IT PLEASE!!! Thank you.

Long time customer but after my last two visits, will probably not go back. 2nd to last visit I was told that my issue with their points ( Veterans receive 2x), would be fixed. Get there to find out it's not and their response was it's whatever the computer says, like it's alive and telling them what to do ( no ownership). Last visit, bought the Huxton BOGO and go home to find that one ofy canisters had been opened already. I go to pick it up and my medicine spilled all over the floor 🤬🤬. Guess I'll need the warning and TBH, there are better dispensaries that aren't so Corporate.
