great service, it was my first time going to a dispensary and they were very helpful. they cleared all my doubts. I will come back for sure.

I felt welcomed and I think I was able to do my transaction through the young lady I had spoken with on the phone about what specials and knew exactly what I was looking for and it’s not every day that you get a quarter for $30.00. I hope the next time I go I get the same deal. I am a lightweight and don’t have to share so this will last me a while. I know you make money off of frequent customers but I have limited funds being disabled I have to be careful. Thanks for everything!

I have to say service from the Bud-tender are great!! It is wrongful of what Oasis management does to the customers I believe. The website show the THC to be the following on Sept 12, 2024 Goats Milk THC 31.61 but when in store to purchase THC 21.68 Pink Champagne THC 24.51 but when in store to purchase THC 27.66 Isn't this false advertising? Since I complained they update the their website when I was leaving the store. Only reason I am marking I'd shop here again is because I have to mark something!!! To many other dispensary in Las Vegas!!!

The shorted my curbside order when I naively trusted them and didn't check the bag. I bought a bunch of prerolls and they switched 1 gram rolls with 0.5 gram without telling me. In fact they lied to me, and I was told earlier than one a single preroll couldn't be ordered because it was sold out, before noon. Speaking of selling out, these people ALWAYS overpromise and ALWAYS under deliver, or straight up screw you over. Not once did they have what they said they had. Not once! Forget about the phone, because it never connects you to anymore. Today, Memorial Day, I was dumb enough to give them another chance. I ordered before noon again, and I was given a 4 hour window which I accepted. Now it's 9 pm and I still am waiting. I would've never heard from them had I not sent a message thanking them for wasting my whole day. Now, the driver is lying to the operator, or the operator is lying to me, or both are simply lying and won't put it besides them, but sisterly the driver is complaining that I'm unreachable. Never again. Do yourself a favor and pay a bit more and keep your self respect, because these pathetic excuses for human beings will treat as nothing more than a book filler, and they tell you to get lost at the end of the day. Do not reserve a delivery - Be careful placing delivery reservations overnight - they will change your price and give you zero notice and claim that the deals you ordered are not available TODAY. They refuse to honor original prices given to loyal customers. I ditched Planet 13 to come here regularly, and now they've lost me.

First time actually being in shop. I've been ordering delivery from them and quality is always top notch. Service is amazing and was glad I decided to stop in. 👍

I have been coming to this place, ever since they opened their doors to recreational cannabis users, so roughly 2 years 3 months. I have been meaning to post a review, but procrastination has always gotten the best of me... until today. I called them today, and there was a minor problem (which wasn't even because of something they did... this was my issue, my problem), but through the course of two phone calls, this problem was remedied... and through the course of working this problem out, Oasis (especially Jose) displayed such grace, character, and excellent customer service! I apologized, if my curt candid manner sounded rude and disrespectful, and I wanted/needed them to know that wasn't my intent, and if they had taken it in that way, I was sorry for that... I won't ramble on, anymore. I will end this by saying that I am thankful for how incredible the team is, over at Oasis. Best prices in town, too! Oasis should be a mandatory stop, for all weed tourists and regular tourists. You are probably over paying, if you buy your bud, at any other location.

My budtender today, maybe around 4pm, was approachable and very helpful. It was a pretty small order of some flowers and edibles. A flower that I was interested in, but was out of stock. She recommended an alternative that checks all of.the boxes! Totally satisfied with today's experience. Since they started In-Store Purchase again, all my experiences have been great. Prices and daily specials have been decent. This place is quickly becoming my goto.

I absolutely love oasis ! I have been going there since I moved from New York &’ they are amazing ! Thank their team always looks out for their customers ! Chris , Ashley &’ Daniella are all truly great ! Daniella is constantly recommending different products, Chris gives me insight on each strain to find the perfect one each time ! Ashley is always an angel if anything goes wrong ! She’s quick to take action and leave the customer with a smile ! Love this place , also great prices ! They have a point system along with a punch card bag for freebies !how can it get any better ?

Ever since covid-19 I know there are guidelines to follow and we've been regulars for a long time but as of this evening they've lost mine and my husbands loyalty for sure. There fake rent a cops were really rude and disrespectful towards my husband. They were completely out of line and they shouldn't treat there loyal customers like that because how do expect to have them keep returning!!!
