This was my first time ordering. It was flawless.

Awesome place! Very friendly staff!

The shorted my curbside order when I naively trusted them and didn't check the bag. I bought a bunch of prerolls and they switched 1 gram rolls with 0.5 gram without telling me. In fact they lied to me, and I was told earlier than one a single preroll couldn't be ordered because it was sold out, before noon. Speaking of selling out, these people ALWAYS overpromise and ALWAYS under deliver, or straight up screw you over. Not once did they have what they said they had. Not once! Forget about the phone, because it never connects you to anymore. Today, Memorial Day, I was dumb enough to give them another chance. I ordered before noon again, and I was given a 4 hour window which I accepted. Now it's 9 pm and I still am waiting. I would've never heard from them had I not sent a message thanking them for wasting my whole day. Now, the driver is lying to the operator, or the operator is lying to me, or both are simply lying and won't put it besides them, but sisterly the driver is complaining that I'm unreachable. Never again. Do yourself a favor and pay a bit more and keep your self respect, because these pathetic excuses for human beings will treat as nothing more than a book filler, and they tell you to get lost at the end of the day. Do not reserve a delivery - Be careful placing delivery reservations overnight - they will change your price and give you zero notice and claim that the deals you ordered are not available TODAY. They refuse to honor original prices given to loyal customers. I ditched Planet 13 to come here regularly, and now they've lost me.

Like many of the dispensaries in Las Vegas, Oasis is located in the industrial district off the Strip. There is minimal lighting at night, I would recommend driving and utilizing the free parking rather than walking. Unlike other dispensaries I have visited, there is security in the lobby and only a few customers are allowed inside to view products at any given time. Inside there are glass cases with examples of the products available. Budtenders, approach customers with tablets to start their order and answer questions. They submit your order and customers proceed to the check-out area. Everyone at Oasis were professional and friendly and it was a good experience overall.

The customer service is ALWAYS on point at Oasis. I'll choose this place over anywhere else!

I felt welcomed and I think I was able to do my transaction through the young lady I had spoken with on the phone about what specials and knew exactly what I was looking for and it’s not every day that you get a quarter for $30.00. I hope the next time I go I get the same deal. I am a lightweight and don’t have to share so this will last me a while. I know you make money off of frequent customers but I have limited funds being disabled I have to be careful. Thanks for everything!

I have to say service from the Bud-tender are great!! It is wrongful of what Oasis management does to the customers I believe. The website show the THC to be the following on Sept 12, 2024 Goats Milk THC 31.61 but when in store to purchase THC 21.68 Pink Champagne THC 24.51 but when in store to purchase THC 27.66 Isn't this false advertising? Since I complained they update the their website when I was leaving the store. Only reason I am marking I'd shop here again is because I have to mark something!!! To many other dispensary in Las Vegas!!!

Came by for a pickup order 30 mins early... checked in... after 30 mins i try to signal someone for help am ignored twice by the security guard on his phone, and the budtender sonia (green hair) 15 more minutes pass i finally signal her and she is understanding about the situation. I dont blame her as much as The manager “Ralph” or “raf” .. he’s supposed to be on top of what’s happening and making sure everyone is taken care of in a timely order. I saw 4 people served before me and i just feel like other dispensaries are more customer oriented and organized than Oasis.

Well its 2:00 pm and they are open till 10:00 pm. All out of Today's 50% off deal. I believe I was told everybody calls in early for deals! How does that work? 8 hours left till closing and ALL OUT! Very Disappointed!!!!

My 1st time experience was great! They price matched my usual dispensary's prices on 2 different top shelf picks plus they have a much larger selection to choose from. This will be my top choice from now on.

This was my first time ordering from here and my first time getting it delivered. Super easy to do online and I liked the fact that they delivered even if its under $100. Most places have a $200 minimum. Driver was friendly and it took about 3 hours but thats nothing given these times during the Covid-19 outbreak and how busy dispensaries are. Very satisfied🙂

My budtender today, maybe around 4pm, was approachable and very helpful. It was a pretty small order of some flowers and edibles. A flower that I was interested in, but was out of stock. She recommended an alternative that checks all of.the boxes! Totally satisfied with today's experience. Since they started In-Store Purchase again, all my experiences have been great. Prices and daily specials have been decent. This place is quickly becoming my goto.

I had a wonderful experience , my first visit at the Oasis dispensary was on 4:20, so as you can imagine the line was really long, but it was moving really fast. I got to talk to a guy behind me, the atmosphere was pretty good, and there was a lot of bud-tender’s ready to help you, so the wait wasn’t bad at all. The inventory is huge, and the stuff is really friendly, a big shout out to my bud tender , she was so friendly, and patient, helped me with all my questions. Such a great experience when everyone is so friendly. Also it might have been my first visit , but I have been ordering from here , and I got to tell you , they really go out of the way to please they costumer’s, I live all the way on the other side of the town and they do deliver for no extra charge. Free! Also wonderful deals, I have been checking all the deals in almost all dispensers in Las Vegas and believe me they got wonderful deals! Also they do donate to an animal shelter, animal lovers , how wonderful is that? Also check out their Uber deal. I love this place and HIGH-LY recommend it! Thank you guys , keep up the great work!

My visit was great staff very friendly shop looked good not getto or waiting room smelling of pee . And it’s very close to my house so that’s a plus
