Gwendolyn was incredibly helpful on my visit today. I live around the block and have visited this location several times and never have complaints about the service here though! The selection is great and they have a neat rewards program for return customers. Highly recommend checking this spot out!

I've been coming here for a few months and I love it. the staff is always friendly and knowledge and I really like the .5gram prerolls. I can try several different strains and the price can't be beat! Highly recommended!!!

Horrible. Horrible hours. I've walked down and according to their hours they SHOULD be open but they are closed. People that work there have no clue what they are talking about. Asked what the color coding indica/sativa was... Ok, thought I scored a bunch of indica for sleep. Nope. All sativa. Thanks!!! You can't even remember what color indicated what?? Prices make no sense. An edible I love is $10 there but $6 at the other TWO places I go to. How this place has good ratings is beyond me. There are a lot of great shops in Portland, and this is not one of them. But to give them a little credit, the place looks cool inside.

Got a pre roll of the George OG. Smoked well, most pre rolls don’t. Nice light cerebral buzz definitely punches above its weight of 11% thc. Thanks Genevieve!

Woah! This place is awesome! By far the best dispensary I've been to yet, and that's saying something. They have the best deals I've seen anywhere too, such friendly budtenders and an amazing selection! The big shops definitely have some new competition ;)

I really enjoyed my visit today. The place has a cool vibe to it and you can easily see all that they have available. Aaron the bud tender gave great info about cbd strains that other places don't take the time to give! Great prices for great product, I will most definitely return. Super friendly people, don't be afraid to check them out!

I am a loyal customer of the New Amsterdam on N Killingsworth. The staff are well educated and always friendly. A welcome smile is always the first thing I see when Genevieve is working, you are a sweetheart..., and a shout out to Gwendolyn for her straight up awesomeness!

It seems fancier than the other dispensaries I go to. They also have really good prices and the staff are wonderful. I'm going back.

Top shelf looks like dirt weed. Poorly trimmed outdoor for over $10 a gram is crazy with the amount of quality indoor in this city.

Regular 3-cartridge-a-month vape person here. Very limited selection - they like to call it "curated" - but what they do have is quality and fairly priced. Service is generally great, although varies by budtender - could be because I'm an old white lady and the ubiquitous age/sex thing is going on. No problem, I'm accustomed to being ignored and dismissed. Check the menu online and call ahead. It's worth getting in before 11am for the 15% early bird discount

i wanted to like this newer spot, but found several issues: So dark I could not see/ growers not listed on packaging/ Indica or Sativa? My biggest issue was the poor quality of the Afgooey I purchased. Very loose, leafy, twiggy; roughly half was not smokable. There's a learning curve to buying weed. Sometimes the strain matters much less than the grower. Figure out who the great growers are and stick with their products- that's my advice.
