Pandemic what pandemic they don't care. To many people in the building I am a person with an auto immune disease and am afraid of going to this dispensary they are not disinfectanting anything when I come in. Your a medical facility act like it. Money should not be your focus. People matter. Your PATIENTS MATTER. WONT BE GOING HERE AGAIN . YOUR THE PROBLEM.

People must be desperate for free prerolls because this place is terrible! Everything from the food to the meds selection= garbage!! Be sure to check the dates on your concentrates cause they will sell you products that have sat in the coolers for MONTHS!! I prefer fresh product if I’m paying full price not one that was batched up half a year ago.

Hi my name is juan I been a Loyal customer Too the mint , on 8/15/2020 I went to the mint Attempted to use my dr green coupon they did not honor I was given a hard time I asked for management and I Received bad service from The manager (ADI) Adilene definitely not worth It to speak to management , was not heard or honor the one time coupon. Definitely not going back it was A horrible experience!.

Used to be my go to dispo, had the best deals in all the valley atleast a bogo everyday of the week, used to be tax included, seems like after rec prop 207 everyone forgot about the medical patients, sad especially for those that count cannabis as there main medication

another greedy dispensary who screwed over medical patients, increased prices and took away former deals due to rec. your rec customers clearly have no idea about what true quality is. your menu is never up to date either. F**K REC!

worst experience ever i drove a hour away to wait in line because my bud tender had no idea what he was doing will never drive for the dispensary again or even mention mint to people will let people know to avoid mint

Listen I'm a real guy that likes to smoke after a longs day work or before a workout . Went to mint first time and the service was great people was cool manager was cool . But the flower I have never seen indica nor sativa buds dried out like this the quality was garbage would've went back and got my money back but only got two grams as I normally do when testing out a new spot Smh don't waste your time I won't .

My first visit this place had quality product and great, professional customer service especially in the front office but after checking the store's Facebook page I was completely disappointed in the post I saw objectifying women. It's things like this that perpetuate the "lowlife, sleazy drug user" stereotype that as a female cannabis user I find offensive for multiple reasons. If that's the kind of business this place is then I will be taking all my future business elsewhere. Keep your free pre roll for this review because I will not be coming back there and I will not be recommending this place to anyone that I know .

1st time patient i live in the west valley and was super hyped about trying this place, i hear mint and im thinking ok they have some killer flower.... boy was i wrong, the concentrates were good but the flower was dry and turned to dust i didnt even need a grinder 😑 like i said im from the west valley and i dont think ill be back anytime soon the wait was crazy i waited to go into the back only to wait in line lol kinda disappointed but overall the budtenders were cool...

Mint Doesn’t Honor their Own Flyers!! I can in with a coupon for Half off purchase First time buyers OR Card Renewals, guy tell me it’s for First time only when it CLEARLY states or RENEWALS!!! I Definitely won’t be spend my Dollars there!

Dislike all locations since they support an Tiger kill who is in jail. That's the problem. They should be ashamed selling product that is supporting ANIMAL KILLERS. That's why they got one star. And I didn't want to give them that.

i dislike the fact you still show on leafy and your info is wrong. bunch of menu items show on the leafy site! But The Mint never has them. feels like bait and switch always. plus change the smug attitudes. i dismissed it the first time, but not the second or third. grow up!!

Placed an on line order just to be told they didn't have it. It was sold out. Gave me a pre roll for my 40 min drive each way. When I was there to buy concentrates. Was one of my favorite shops. But they left me hanging. Thx guys. Everyone forgot about the med patients.

I filled up a BOGO card over the course of a year or so and then moved away so didn’t come back for a while. Finally was in the area and came back to try and use my BOGO card, and they claim they have “no way of verifying I’ve shopped there before.” Somehow it’s my fault they have insufficient record keeping and miraculously lost my profile. This place is garbage and I would not recommend it to my worst enemy.

employees tested positive for COVID-19 and all they did was shut down for less than a day. that place is huge, there is no way you could have disinfected the entire store, plus no one was made to get tested in order to return. as a RN I know firsthand that most infections are transferred from asymptomatic individuals, you have about 10-12 Budtenders on registers, how many of them actually have it and are still working and interacting with the public. Not cool guys, this is exactly why AZ is in the spot it is. Employers covet profit over people and this is a prime example.

Unfortunately, this was my first time here or at any dispensary and it was a poor experience. Got denied education and was told to leave if I didn't buy anything. It's my first time! lol, I have no idea what's available. Was discouraging.

Avoid this fraudulent dispensary! I’ve been a medical patient for 6 years, been visiting Mint Tempe for the last 3ish years. Not only have medical patients been completely screwed over once the greedy industry finally got rec sales to pass, they now appear to be engaged in false advertising. I just picked up two bunk ass select elite carts. I hate select, but, again, med patients can’t get our quality meds anymore, so, I tried to settle... I ordered the Acapulco Gold cart (which was listed on Leafly as containing 89.4% THC and 1.4% CBD and Dosi-Breath (which did not contain any results, but figured I’d take a gamble. When I got home, I noticed the Acapulco Gold cart is labeled with “60.43% THC and 0% CBD”. wtf? I called to speak with a manager, to which I was told “we don’t have a manager available right now”.....🙄 Still waiting on that callback, so I can return these shit carts and get my money back. Avoid this place like Covid.

They only update the menu in the morning so no telling what they still have in stock, online ordering system is frequently down, can’t reach anyone by phone and no phone reservations if you do get through, 1 hour wait in line outside, 30 minute wait inside, no where to park in small parking lot, no signs showing what’s still available posted ANYWHERE while waiting in said lines, no limits on sale items to give everyone a chance for deals, bud tender was friendly enough. Only bought flower once here and was terribly dry. Shit dispensary.

I get it with the times. But times like that these are why we use online orders. But to have walkins arrive after me and leaving before me when they more than likely look at the selection to make the choice. Tho online you literally take my money and I go. Longest part is y’all scanning the product and the event they need to use the atm. Then guy in front keep telling people to use Leafly which is false. Nothing faster about this. Thanks for at least being open tho.

No pre-order and long lines are not safe... If this is your model, you need a bud tender at every station to keep the line moving.
