Was perfect ordered online came in store waited a few minutes then was helped enemy got a free quarter & a Rollie tyty svm Mint!!!!!! My favorite dispensary in all of Arizona!

Ordering ahead of time does not speed your process in any way. You still have to wait in line like everyone else. Some places have a special queue for those who ordered ahead.

I've only been a couple of times now, i went to the mesa location, they have 2 lines 1 rec and 1 med but then you get funneled into 1 line inside the store. Doesnt matter if you have a pickup or walkin so i guess other than making sure you get what you ordered, theres no point in pre ordering, doesnt save any time. Those things arent really the issued for me giving low rating though. On their scrolling specials board, it says first time patient deals bogo ANY items $50 or less. It doesnt have an * or say exclusions apply or only good for house flower or anything like that, it clearly states ANY item. But of course when i tried to purchase some pre packed flower i get told no, its only on house flower...that doesnt fit the ANY category, spoke to a supervisor(i assume) and they said, "ya, sorry" . Anyway, the store is fine, the prices are fine but i'm dissappointed by the false advertising. Other dispos that offer that kind of special either announce the exclusions or honor their deal. I know i'm just one person and theyre super busy so this wont matter but wanted to let ppl know.

Ashton was my Budtender, he was not only professional but helped me find high potency flower from Shango which happened to be BOGO today! He helped me get my edibles i needed for this upcoming weekend. He didn't rush me like other Budtenders do, gave me enough time to make not only an educated selection but one that fits my budget he was like a buddy from college.

I come here and was very disappointed this visit. I called ahead to find out some info and was told one thing over the phone when I got there it was a different story. I frequent this location because it’s close to my house but now I need to find a different dispensary to go to

i picked up some wtf applesauce wax strain was black ice I was very disappointed when I got it home I discovered the top wasn't on very tight and some of the med had leaked out all over the container and box it's the first time this happened I've go here every couple of weeks never had a problem till now

Seems like a lot of 'heads need to chill and embrace Dudeism, as in, "This will not stand, man." I rode my bike to the lightrail last Saturday, pre-ordered my purchase on my phone waiting on the train, then rode up Mesa Drive, all was ready by the time I got there. AND Emma (white-ish hair, below her shoulders, slim..damn I wish I was ten years younger...) answered ALL my questions, AND -even though there was some of you angry peeps behind me - she went and grabbed three more grams of distillate for me; I asked her to choose what to grab, and the strains she brought back...well, my gummies rock! The distillate is a little weaker than I am used to but the full-spectrum cannabinoids really help with the PTSD/neuropathy/arthritis. Thanks Emma!

Since when did they start allowing kids in dispensaries? Really disturbed to see someone with a very curious 7 year old. Annoying to say the least. Ambiance at the store is LOUD. It’s hard to communicate and hear. Anyone who is sensitive to sound, has hearing issues or any kind of neurodivergence should not shop here. It is highly advised to set some sensory friendly hours for those who can’t handle the party atmosphere due to health reasons. There’s no point in shopping online: menu does not match and it does not save time. The parking lot is the worst! Outright dangerous. Last time I drove there I got blocked in and couldn’t leave. Friendly staff but obviously poor management.

I pass a few other dispensaries to get here, always satisfied , usually rather quickly! One thing I wont do again is try to order off the app., tried it 3 times, only went thru once, that might be my fault, but the time it went thru they didnt have either!!! Thats why I’ll always go in person, their people shine, and i’m gonna let them!

First time visit, it was a rainy Friday evening 7pm ish. The place was packed and thankfully they had a gazebo set up outside for the long line of customers waiting to get in. Waited 20 minutes or so outside and another 15 minutes once inside. I had an online order placed so I expected a little faster service and it’s why I order online and then go pick it up. I’ll go back for the great deals but the service could probably use some attention. All the bud tenders seemed happy to be working there and serving their customers.

Consistent and fast service. Not only is the in store staff helpful, the online budtenders are super fast and responsive too. Orders are packed sometimes within minutes. Elena has been one of the agents who has helped me the most and has gone out of the way multiple times. Thank you!!!
