My 2nd time coming for info and different products for some other symptoms. I need relief due to cancer/chemo effects. This place has polite security, pleasant check in and the consultants will be honest and just really dig deep to help you out. Jane also came by offering expert help to make an important selection for upcoming chemo. They encourage you -at any time after-if you have questions or concerns about dosage and product or use to call them. What a great place, excellent team and very good effective product. I'm happy for my discount too! I would recommend monarch for all reasons listed above but the product is great. Try the oils.

Monarch was my first dispensary visit. I have high anxiety over *new things*.. The staff, the office itself, everything and everyone was warm and welcoming... I felt immediately comfortable and walked out knowing id be back. There was an awesome selection of Medicine and the recommendations i received were perfect.... The medicine wasn't fresh... I highly recommend Monarch

Worst place ever! I visited about a year ago with my husband and wasn't impressed with quality of meds so we hadn't returned. Due to my medical needs, I sit in an IV treatment room with several other sick people and almost all of the other patients talk about using Monarch. Since I was nearby, out of meds, and kept hearing so much about how great this place was I decided to give it another try. What a BAD decision that was! Although the girl who took mine and my husband's card was polite, after waiting several minutes my name was called. I went up, my husband was behind me, and I was immediately told if there was anyone with me they were not allowed to come back with me. I explained this was my husband, a cardholder who was also checked in, and my care taker since I am disabled and require his assistance. The rude guy said sorry, you can't come back then. Huh? The first time we came here we went back together. And matter of fact, we just watched another couple go back 5 minutes before us. He said sorry, the manager said we can only do one transaction at a time. I said great, we only need one transaction, we don't do separate ones anyways. However I was told again I was not allowed to have my husband, my care taker, assist me. I even explained my husband had all of my money, and was told too bad because they would not accommodate me if I could not manage to go back alone. Seriously?!?! I am a visably disabled patient and have never been told to leave a facility because my husband, who is also a MMJ patient, can't assist me. This is an AWFUL way to treat anyone, let alone someone who is in constant severe pain just trying to buy meds. All the guy kept stammering about was how it was a new rule from 'the manager'. Apparently new rules are made 5 minutes after they allowed someone else to do the same thing I was turned away for! I also thought this was supposed to be a facility where medical patients can purchase medication?? Why in the world would someone with a personal, non-service pet be allowed in but not me? As someone who has very real medical conditions trying to obtain medication, it doesn't seem sanitary to allow this. I will tell everyone I know about how Monarch turns away disabled patients for sketchy looking people with unsanitary animals. Doesn't this violate some type of ADA law, denying someone who requires assistance access to assistance? Maybe your manager should re-review your new rules to make sure you don't continue to discriminate or violate any health laws.

MY NEW FAVORITE PLACE! BEST dispensary in town! in scottsdale right by where I live so you cant beat it! place is beautiful inside and out and not to mention the budtenders who are a couple of gorgeous women! (especially the tattoos ;) anyways the quality is up there, I like the THC count, would like to see the quality increase and the prices decrease a bit but its still very GOOD and REASONABLE! DEFINITELY HAVE TO CHECK OUT! 22% THC BLUE DREAM WAS EXCELLENT! same with the BBQ sauce please start carrying that the sample was so GOOD with my chicken nuggets. thanks!!

This was my first dispensary visit ever. Nice location, close to the freeway. Nice building & set up. I like that it is in a medical complex type of building, discreet and pretty. The waiting area was nice and spa like. The receptionist did greet me, but I was a little disappointed. I told her it was my very first time, so I kind of expected an overview of the process etc. Later I noticed a patient/member book & patient journal sitting on the counter. I had seen these on your website & thought they would be part of the intro. I had to ask to be given them , so I guess most patients must leave empty handed & without this important educational literature. :( Budtender/Meds: My wait was very short-yeah! I was brought into a very nice room where Sierra ( spelling?) helped me choose my meds. She was amazingly helpful & knowledgeable. I pickup a Purple Urkle (for GI probs & to help sleep) & Snow Cap (pain from sciatica). The Snow Cap is amazing, nice light taste & smell. Very nice !

Finally found a first class dispensary! Excellent medication, service and atmosphere!!!

The service was fantastic, and I got a good deal. Some of the meds were better than others, but overall very nice. I'll definitely be coming back.

Right off the bat, this dispensary looked legit. Walk in the door, and there is a beautiful modern lobby. It didn't take long for service, and the service was great! However, disappointed that both of my Quarters were .2 below 7 considering the price.
