First off. I want to apologize to Alec because I was suppose to get him this review on Mother's day! Alec went above and beyond what any tech has done for me at any dispensary. The grape ape was phenomenal! Mother's helper pre roll hit the spot too! Monarch is a cool place to go and I like the diversity of customers and the lack of stereo type thug customers! Unfortunately, Monarch is way out of my way so if I am ever in the neighborhood I will stop in. Thank you Alec for everything!

Some of the most friendly and personable staff I've come across. Their descriptions of flavor and high are spot on. Regular menu is a little pricey but they do give breaks for quantity. Happy hour is actually "early bird special" so come from 9-11 for a reduced price menu, still great product. Got some blueberry last time and the high lasted forever. Good herb, great people, reasonable prices.

Not only the best service nation-wide for medical dispensary, top of the line medicine and by far the best in the state!!! Lastly, the knowledge provided allows a true understanding of each strain, edibles, concentrates, ect... This helps every patient easily find the perfect type of medicine to best treat their medical needs!!! All around a phenomenal facility and staff, if you haven't been to Monarch, you must make point to take yourself their and experience it first hand for yourself!!!! Great selection of quality meds, awesome economical solutions for patients. I recommend their $20 cartridges. Clean but not hospitalesque.

Clean safe atmosphere with friendly staff. It's unfortunate that they can't except debit or credit cards. ATM available in lobby but it's best to bring cash. The employee that helped me was friendly and didn't try to push anything on me that I didn't want. I knew what I wanted as was in and out in 30min. Next time I'll spend more time.

I have had the pleasure of getting my meds from here many times now. Always taken care of quickly, have felt rushed a few times but 90% of the time its great service. Product is good across the board and its in a great location. Had an issue with a Kind Atomizer once and it was replaced with no issues at all. Well worth your time to check it out.

This place is tough to beat, yes the prices are a bit higher then some other places in town but they make up for it in service, quality and specials.

Service has always been amazing, but lately the product quality has been getting much better! The crosswalker honeycomb was recommended to me by the guy at the express window, as he obviously cares about pushing you guy's brand wax! It was excellent and you can tell the difference between this and some of the others at 77%. Will be back and thanks for suggestion

All my questions were answered by a professional attendant named Vikki. She was able to find my several hybrids that helped with my back pain and stress combined.
