Alek P. is one of the newer faces (if you’re a regular) but she’s not shy about letting you know which strains you should try out. I like a bud tender that shares info before I have to ask. I rarely want my change so I leave it as a tip, and she let me know that they can’t accept cash tips...c’mon MedMen, let us leave tips. I guess I’ll just have to start “accidentally” dropping my cash again as I walk out the door.

Excellent layout and awesome service!!!!! Justin T (JT) was freaking awesome , he was very knowledgeable and helped me and my dad this morning , i will be back again mainly because of him!!!! I have been displeased with MedMen in the past when buying a disposable pen that didn’t work and another time when they didn’t have the product I can only find there. This location is definitely out of the way for me (15 miles) and traffic is horrible (not MedMen’s fault). Today’s visit went well. I was helped by JT and he was great. Very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They had the flower that I went there for and I just beat the afternoon crowds. Great visit.

What I love not like is their customer service. The place is like an Apple store very well organize and very satisfying to see. Sarah C. my cannabis Genius was absolutely amazing and very knowledgeable. Being the seasoned veteran of the lettuce, I needed something STRONG!!! She recommended the Mac 7 wax and the Golden Goat Sativa to polish me for the night. I would recommend this to the most distinctive connoisseurs of the industry. Thank you Thank you!
