Wow. Very nice. Lots of great varieties. Much, much better than Monarch. Friendlier staff. Better products. Nicer in every way.

I've been a long time customer of Monarch until today. I'll never go back. You expect a company to stand behind the products (Huxton) they produce instead of making up silly excuses not to stand behind their signature products, then blaming the customer instead of themselves for shoddy products they make. Monarch makes up excuses, then went so far as to be rude, even insulting to a customer who has been an OG for years. Time always reveals the true character of a company and the products they make and/or brand. When they don't stand behind the products they make and treat old customers like criminals, then it is time to make a change. I used to recommend Monarch; but, I'll never do that again. In fact, I will go out of my way not to recommend Monarch. The silly party is it was over a few bucks; but, they decided a few bucks was worth more than a loyal customer.

This was the first time I used Nice Guys. I read the reviews. Anyone who is internet literate knows how to ignore the haters and listen to the customers who are both fair and honest. I don't know what's not to like here folks: the outstanding medicine, the outstanding selection and/or the outstanding service. EJ was right on time. I like that too, as so much of the world isn't. He knew his products extremely well and offered them at what I consider a fair donation price. What more can we ask for? As for the all important question, will I call EJ again? You bet I will!
