Good selection, decent prices. Customer service is slow, Slow, SLOW, SLLLLOOOOOWWW! I've been to MedMen Scottsdale twice now, once on a weekend right after they opened for the day and once on a weekday right before lunchtime. Both times I've waited more than 30 minutes just to get in the door, with lines of only 2-3 people in front of me. On my second visit there I made an online order ahead of time hoping to avoid a wait, but still had to stand around in the parking lot for almost 40 minutes before I got in. In fact, I only got my order when I asked to cancel it because I couldn't keep waiting around any longer. This is going to sound odd, but I think the problem is the employees are TOO friendly. Whether it's the person dealing with me or the conversations I hear with other customers, it seems like every employee is trying to be best friends with the person they're working with. While that's a nice idea, it turns each 5-minute transaction into a 15-minute one and if you let those pile up you get these slow service times. MedMen is only ~2 miles from my house, but if this is the experience I'm going to continue driving 3x as far to my old dispensary because I'll be done and back home in less time. Very frustrating.

this is my favorite place in the valley got the hindu skunk once again and it was great but i also got the headband it was fire great head buzz and no couchlock good for work or sitting around with friends i will be back for more

I really enjoyed going here. Everyone was smiling and happy when I walked in. It's really nice to talk to someone who knows what they are talking about. Pretty fair prices on everything. Over all it was a experience!

Monarch lost a customer today. I returned a dos mini that apparently had zero thc and a bad battery. I felt zero effects and got about 20 hits from it. I've used them before so I know how they work. Their employee said he would give it to their distributor. No apology, no offer of an exchange or credit. I'm returning to my previous dispensary as I know they back up their products. Shame, I've been going to Monarch for several months and they've always been great.

People were snooty and stuck up

The Monarch is a great place for your meds. The inside is modern with plenty of room. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The meds are a bit on the higher price scale, but you will see what you are paying for. I am glad that Scottsdale has a dispensary, safety and convenience are always a good thing, and I will be a regular customer.

Really lovely dispensary. The staff are helpful, professional, and seem to know their stuff. (Mario was really nice an easy to talk to.) I definitely suggest checking Monarch out.

Been outta town for a minute and stopped by Monarch on my way back in...old faithful...I was hurting pretty bad when I got there from a stomach problem I have dealt with for three years now from a pain pill addiction I beat...needless to say though the residual effects from the bout with the pills left me pretty messed up physically but anyway...just wanted to tell you guys how much your smiles meant to me today and how uplifted I feel whenever I come in...my man Mario hooked me up with some of the Tahoe and some of the SFV too and look I'm talking instant pain relief when I got home...and I will sleep good tonight...can't say enough about the crew at Monarch...exceptional human beings they are...see you soon guys

I love Monarch. Monarch undoubtedly has some of the best medicinal strains around the valley. Also, Monarch's staff is especially friendly and knowledgeable about their medicine. They also have an excellent selection of edibles that keep me coming back again and again. If you haven't tried Monarch yet, I would recommend that you stop in for some medicine.

Too bad it is off the beaten path! Very professional appearance and atmosphere, swift check in for first timer! Very nice flower selection and information, samples fresh and moist! The crumble and shatter are priced the lowest in town, and tasty too! Great selection of edibles and drinks, Aromatic Kitchens products are the best in the state, glad u carry them! I will make a weekly stop here routine!

This is the only place I'll get my medicine from now on! I have never felt safer or been in such a beautiful dispensary before!! And being right off the main freeway in a great location, I can't ask for more... Thanks again guys for your help and courteous service!!!
