Amazing customer service. I can get good product almost anywhere and closer to my house. But your service staff and your security guard are the reasons I come back. They always take the time to educate me. I’ve been a smoker for over 30 years and never learned about what I was smoking. You are always patient in answering all my dumb questions. Thanks.

Love this place and the people!

This has become my go to store. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and easy to talk to, always making great selections when I am tired of the same old thing. The door checker is an amazingly happy and friendly guy who I just want to hug, he is always polite and happy to see me. If you are in Burien, this is where you want to go, parking is easy, location is fabulous and the selection and prices are perfect.

False advertising... Big billboard says closest to SeaTac but in reality Kush 21 is far closer.

I liked the salesperson in the red jacket, absolutely amazing.

Am a regular and have been going here for several years. The majority of the staff are so friendly and helpful, and even though there always could be a bad budtender apple, this store has been consistent with their customer service. The selection is solid and the weekly deals have great options for all our cannabis needs. I am frequent stopping by for pre-roll Fridays.

These guys need to get their shiz together. I don’t know whether it is their fault or Leafly’s, but the purpose of using an app with menu is so you know what they have on hand. Got to the store and they told me they didn’t have the strain the app said they did... of course, that is after their Bud tender tried to understand what I was looking for. Yet, trying to sell me products that weren’t even close to what I wanted. Don’t just through the next new label out there and expect me to buy. Look, I have been smoking for a good long time and was selling on the East Coast way before legalization. I am a discerning customer with a specific appetite. A ‘gas-food’ weed shop doesn’t work for my style, nor do the kids behind the counter.

Nice looking spot. Hard to find front door at night. The menu is the most messed up. They won't honor what they advertise. The Budtender seemed uneducated. Prices were decent on some product, the rest was over priced. Limited selection was disappointing. I don't recommend the joint.

I use to spend a hundred on the average a week here. One time, I bought a a box of prerolls of 5. When I got home I saw the box was completely empty and I immediately went back to resolve when I got there the manager gave me a look of total disbelief as she disappeared in the back room. Naturally after waiting over 15 minutes and spending $40 on an empty box I was upset and asked the doorman to speak to the manager and was told basically to F off. I called him later and he apologized and usured me he would wait on me personally. Weeks later, when I went back I was told I was ban. No big deal. I would rather give my money to worthy businesses. But what is really disturbing is why are they using face recognition hardware at this pot shop and who are selling the information to? No other business government or private is subjecting their customers to this total invasion of privacy. From what I’ve heard around town The Joint is not highly respected by local growers always going to the lowest quality and they are not paying their bills. (billboard on Ambaum gone). There are so much better places to support that work to keep your business. This is not one.

I come here at least once a week and am always satisfied with the quality of service. Nic has been the most helpful bud tender.
