The Joint - SeaTac Airport

Went into The Joint on their grand opening day. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the products. They have a good prices on flower, concentrates, and edibles. And, if you just few into SeaTac, it is the closest recreational dispensary. Stop in and say high.

It was set up clean and organized, very easy to shop and the employees were extremely helpful. Best of all the prices were very reasonable and i left excited to come back again.

I’m newer to Seattle the first time I was in the guy behind the counter kind of didn’t care what I was asking for and just pointed me to the most expensive prerolls and concentrates then the second time I go in this time I’ve been here for a few weeks I got my medical card I go in the same guy is working this time I have a young lady helping me she’s was an awesome help but when I had to go get money from the atm I turned and I could see they where laughing and making fun of me I even said yea out of state big dude so funny my mans didn’t care he said na you cool and brushed it off man honestly save your money I hate to say it but even with med discount this place is not worth it

Justin ruined my experience!!! I’ve been coming into the joint for over a year and couldn’t believe how I was treated. I can’t believe a company would allow a person to continue to work for them after showing such terrible customer service

I'm posting this review to caution folks on using their online ordering system. The inventory online is not what they have in the store. And double-check your order before paying. They have me the wrong strain and because of the laws, there was nothing they could do to get me the right one, even tho they had the strain in other brands. I'm a medical user and need specific strains. They do have fair prices and a good selection of cartridges, especially if you need CBD.

Great customer service

In town from Chicago on business, and I can highly (no pun intended) recommend this place. The ladies are knowledgeable and very friendly. The place is clean and it doesn't feel like you just walked into a time warp like the competition down the street. If you want your "Bud Tender" to be an attractive and friendly lady come here. If on the other hand you want your "Bud Tender" to be an immature stoner go to the place that begins with a k and ends with a number

I went in this evening and because my Florida issue Identification card is vertical (because I have PTSD and can't drive) I wasn't allowed in. No other dispensary has denied me and I can guarantee I will NOT be back even once I get my WA ID.

These guys need to get their shiz together. I don’t know whether it is their fault or Leafly’s, but the purpose of using an app with menu is so you know what they have on hand. Got to the store and they told me they didn’t have the strain the app said they did... of course, that is after their Bud tender tried to understand what I was looking for. Yet, trying to sell me products that weren’t even close to what I wanted. Don’t just through the next new label out there and expect me to buy. Look, I have been smoking for a good long time and was selling on the East Coast way before legalization. I am a discerning customer with a specific appetite. A ‘gas-food’ weed shop doesn’t work for my style, nor do the kids behind the counter.

Nice looking spot. Hard to find front door at night. The menu is the most messed up. They won't honor what they advertise. The Budtender seemed uneducated. Prices were decent on some product, the rest was over priced. Limited selection was disappointing. I don't recommend the joint.
