I have shopped at this store before but not for a long time. I ordered all Leafly and expected and express line pickup. Instead I was told just to join the regular line. Very disappointing to order ahead of time and then be told you're just in the regular line with everyone else.

Not only do the prices keep me coming and the awesome specials.... But the staff.... The staff literally starts my day right before I've even enjoyed my goods. Always feel great coming out of that place. I would work there just to be around these awesome peeps. Stevie, April, Jessica, Chase, Mark ALWAYS make sure I know exactly what deals I can save on. They redeem know what prerolls I love. Seriously just the best customer service, and best product.

Always great customer service. Zach helped me out greatly. The pre rolls are never defective unlike alot of dispensaries .

I’ve been going here for many years. Went in for the buy 2 get 1 on concentrates.decided 2 try the “farm fresh” rosin @ $80 a gram. I don’t ever open my package until I get home. When I did, I noticed 1 of the koffee cake grams seal was broken & opened? Had I known I was receiving open package product, I definitely would not have purchased! I feel that was really kinda shady, Sneaking it in like that?your no return policy kinda makes it hard to return a product someone else opened? If there is a next time, I will definitely be double checking my bud tender & looking at the product as they’re putting it in the bag. Sucks because most of the bud tenders are honest & really cool. With so many new faces, you don’t know who to trust? I guess it should say” buy 2 get 1 free that was previously opened”?

love coming here for tbe flower however the front desk person is very rude. i called today to ask a question and was put on hold 3 times for 30 min a peixe when i called back i was given an attitude and the lady made me feel like it was a huge inconvenience to talk to me and then hung up on me before i was even done talking by her actions it made me not want to make the drive out there

something needs to change in reference to the new pick up guidelines, having people wait an hour and a half, is absolutely ridiculous, have more staff on hand or let people order the night before, open earlier.....the current system isnt working for all of your patients.

I order online because no in store...COV19.!!!! First time here. I ordered 1/2oz of HighGrade. Get the bag it's all baby nugs popcorn shake and no where on the package does it say High Grade!!! On top of that because I didn't have anything in my order that qualifies for the first time deal so I loose it theysaid!!! What a joke!! Totally Disappointed

excellent product and selection but absolutely no social distancing or mask enforcement. Does this facility care about patient safety at all? Some MMJ patients have AIDS and other immunocompromised conditions. In the middle of a pandemic, the security officer is not wearing a mask, staff direct patients to stand very close together to make their transactions (even for online orders). And, you may end up waiting a long time, even for online orders, so be prepared. the staff seems exhausted so maybe it is a management issue. it's concerning to me as a patient and a consumer especially considering what i spend here. i hope this concern is received in good faith. thanks.

Super cute spot, fast and friendly service. However I was really disappointed with the budtender recommendation for the Sour Grapes Strain. It had SO MANY seeds and you guys were seeking it for a 50-55 dollar quarter.

Ordered a pickup order, got to store and they told me my order was “sold out” so I ended up paying $25 more for a strain I didn’t want. If you have pickup orders, put them aside for the person picking it up. You don’t sell it and make me pay more. WTF?

SO besides being over priced, I ordered on line Sunday and received a text to pick it up but they closed early but continued to take orders. When I arrived they were closed. When I called today the young girl really seemed bothered that I was wasting her time on the phone with my small problem. Was not offered anything for my troubles and my purchase did not qualify for the Monday "deal", turns out my strain was not part of that deal either. So I will take my money elsewhere where the staff is trained in customer service.

Don’t try to use your “stackable” 10% off discount that I’ve used multiple times before. My partner was in front of me, used his 10% off for the same item. Then my different budtender said I wasn’t able to use it. The used points for a free eighth, and was charged tax… it’s these little things that can really cause you to lose a patient. Each visit gets more and more difficult and inconsistent. Might be time to find another dispensary.

I come to this shop at least once a week and I can’t say enough wonderful things about the products and staff. They are amazing, helpful, and friendly each and every time! Honestly, even when they are busy :: they still manage to get your order completed with ease! Fan for life ❤️ PS: get the Amy and Al’s truffles when they have them in stock : you won’t regret it 😉 👍

Due to patient’s panic buying it was pretty, pretty busy for a Sunday morning but the staff was as cheerful as ever. Choices were limited but I was able to get the edibles I pre-ordered. My tolerance is high so I buy my candy on sale days. Today was take your pick of any day’s sale so I used B2G1

Great dispensary , tried the caviar gold moonrocks but would rather have Dr Zodiaks any day . These were trash.

I’ve been doing superb delivery for some time now and I have to say I’ve been through a lot of different dispensaries that deliver and walkins out of any dispensary this one and all there staff members are truly excellent caring efficient just truly bad ass and they always have the Best deals compared to other dispensaries But I always recommend you to several of my friends Thanks again
