I love this place!

I went back into the Herbal Gardens today and man it was great walked in took barley any time at all to get service, got everything I wanted this time and some bomb cookies. This guy plays some sick games looking forward to my next visit. Hope I continue burning this sweet gc. It was top notch.. Might be one of my most fav's and he had on stock.. Its highly rapped about strain and has some power for a brief time but a good one.. :) Thanks again THG

Good quality cannabis that is in home tested. I've been to many places in tacoma, and this is by far the cleanest and nicest store.

The first time I went to THG was a happy accident. Getting there was a little more complicated, but when compared to the discretion their location provides coupled with their UNMATCHED customer service and product standards--not coming here is more of a disservice to you than it is them. The products? They're the best at what they do, with the numbers to show for it. I'm late in putting in a well-deserved review...but Lou and Brenda especially have been there for me in an incredibly caring way. Finding someone in this business that cares more about their patients than revenue is invaluable. Every staff member is a knowledgable about the industry, and the atmosphere is always very welcoming. They have fun with their jobs, and you can see they enjoy being there--which of course makes ME want to be there! To the THG crew: Thank you for everything you guys do--you deserve more than you get, but we are ALL grateful for your help!

I've been coming here since they opened and this place is awesome , now I don't need to go clear across town for good flowers ,,the staff so far are real cool and know there flowers and won't just sell u some bs!!! keep up the great work y'all!!😊😊

I've been to many dispensaries in California and in Washington. The set up at this place is awesome. The associates are very knowledgeable and friendly. The product is superb as well. Just want to put out there, that the blonde associate is incredibly hot, just saying, lol. I will recommend this place to all my friends.

As a newbie, I researched dispensaries in my area. The Herbal Garden was high on the recommendation list and, as I found out, for many good reasons. First, the environment there was gorgeous, earthy and relaxing. The professional, friendly staff took a great deal of time to educate me about medications and helped me get started with some suggestions. They even let me tour the facility to see how all medications are thoroughly tested for safety and true effective levels. The Herbal Gardens is definitely a dispensary I trust and look forward to visiting for my medical needs.

I always learn something when I come to your store and the service is top notch! Everyone is friendly and willing to answer questions anytime. I have been going to Herbal Gardens for nearly a year now and there are many things that keep bringing me back. A huge variety of strains to choose from including several top shelf options as well. The most welcoming and personable staff that I have come across in a business. Mostly though I can trust the information they give and the fact that they test onsite adds to their credibility as well. Love you guys because you have helped relieve my pain and increase the quality of my life. Thank you!

This is far and away the best shop in Tacoma. Lou always has great product and selection. I love this spot so much I was down to splitting roaches just waiting for them to reopen.

I really love the care they put into this important work. My health and quality of life are to important to risk going anywhere else. In house testing means a lot.

New Customer since its new location on Center St. I'm a frequent visitor to CCC, so the bar is set high, but I have to tip my hat to management as well as the budtenders. It's nice to see an ever expanding and quality merchandise. My only issue is the limited space from entrance to counters, and the economy weed is less than desirable. (I know, I know)

Outstanding pharmacy. Knowledgeable staff that will take the time to cater to your needs. Strains are individually tested on sight for purity and potency - perhaps the only pharmacy in the are to do so. I really recommend this place.

This was my first visit to any dispensary, but after doing a lot of looking and research, I'm super impressed with THG! I chose THG because they have many more high CBD strains than most dispensaries and they actually test the meds they're offering. I think both are important to any patient who's looking to treat their symptoms vs. get high. Anyway, the atmosphere is clean, comfortable, and the customer service I received was top-notch. They went out of their way to help me get exactly what I needed, and they even made some special accommodations for me. I got the $199/oz special, which seems to be right in line with the requested donations other places. I also picked up some "ground nugs" for a great price so I can make some less potent coconut cannaoil without going broke. They even bagged up some edible samples for me to try when I got home. Maybe THG isn't the cheapest and doesn't give a bunch of freebies to new patients like some places, but if you're actually concerned about using high quality meds (or something more specialized, like higher CBD strains) for a fair donation, I'd strongly suggest choosing THG over dispensaries that don't test their stuff and/or cater to the more recreational user. I'll check out some other dispensaries as well, I'm sure, but I'll definitely be back to THG!

One of those places that scans your DL for whatever reason. One time I went they wanted my phone number. Give them a dummy number and you'll be fine. Their product and pricing are top-notch - easily the best weed in Tacoma.

first off the quality of their strands here compared to the other dispensaries ive been is outrageous.. everythings so great i couldnt reccomend just one strand you'd have to try them all.. but besides the great cannabis the customer service is great they help you find exactly what you need!

Beautiful shop. I loved the interior. It smelled nice! Both of the pre rolls were broken which is sad. I'll probably come back just to buy regular bud.
