Service is pretty good , but the prices are often 1/3 or more than they are at other shops. Some of the medicinal products, even. There are places to go that won't burn through your wallet.

There was someone there to greet me and get me set up right away. Then the staff at the counter were also ready to help, knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. This is a good space with good options, good deals and great staff. After just moving to the area, I think this will be my dispensary of choice.

Great staff, honest, friendly and knowledgeable. Laid back but professional atmosphere. They have a wide variety of strains, starts and other products. My go-to dispensary for fast, friendly, fair MMJ needs. Mike especially is a wealth of knowledge to help you make informed choices about different strains as it relates to med benefits and cultivation info.

Really nice staff. I had numerous questions about CO2 oil cartridges, and they patiently and thoroughly answered them. Purchased two Interra oil cartridges, both of which seem fairly high quality. Will definitely be back!

I love everyone that works here. Budtenders seem very knowledgeable and they are always courteous and kind. They are quite a bit pricier than some of the other shops in the Tacoma area. Maybe because they don't have any competition...yet.

Exceptionally knowledgeable and professional staff. This is one of the (very few) nicest dispensaries in the state. Extensive selection of high quality dry meds. I would recommend THG to anyone, even my grandmother.

I would recommend this amazing place to everyone! This place is great, outstanding meds and super nice geniune staff. There hearts are in this for all the right reasons and they always have a smile waiting for you. The RSO they make is lifesaving medication really helped me with crippling PTSD. Thanks again guys!

This is the ONLY dispensary I will use. I trust the extensive testing done on the medicine. The staff always take the time to review how my symptoms responded to treatment and continue to make suggestions to address any other needs. Thank you.

The staff is so nice! My partner and I started going here after we moved into the apartments nearby and I'm glad we switched dispensaries. They are always helpful, flexible, and fun to talk to at the counter- working within your budget and to help u find the best high. They never advertise their discounted products but THG has great prices for great weed if u look for them.

THG is very professional and tests all their products so you know what you are getting. I am very satisfied with the dry meds I picked up recently and have been around the mmj market in this area for aprox 3+ years. Great shop all around.

This is my 2nd review, but I had to come back and add this note. I have been to THG several times and they continue to be a great place to go. They are consistent in all ways - Quality products, professionalism, cleanliness and friendliness. They continue to exceed my expectations.

I first heard about The Herbal Gardens while researching strains to fit my needs. I suffer from chronic migraines, extremely painful and awful. I also have Stage-4 Fibromyalgia and a few other pain related issues. I decided I wanted to try "Death Start" and this shop carried it. I went in today for my first time. The atmosphere was very pleasant from the first entrance and very convenient in Downtown Tacoma. The gentlemen assisting me in the backroom were very social, friendly and helpful. I was able to get my "Death Star" with ease as well as shown "Harlequin." I was given a free cone as a new patient, White Widow+Harlequin combined. Can't wait to try it tomorrow morning. I am extremely impressed with the shop, I will return, over and over again. Thank you gentlemen, for a terrific first visit! I look forward to seeing you again. :)

Not great have to fight traffic to get in the dispensary quality sux ,prices are too high no consistency cannabis and no quality control

Today was my first time visiting. At first, the only thing that brought me down to Tacoma from Seattle was some power tool repair. I researched several dispensaries in the area and Herbal Garden's selection stuck out to me. I will now be returning at least once a week. It was professional, yet relaxed. I loved how the spaces were laid out for both the lobby and green room. There was never any pressure, and the budtender couldn't have been more patient. I wasn't quite sure what I wanted, so we he talked me through several indica and sativa strains. I ended up selecting GDP, Green Crack, and Chernobyl. The GDP is the only one I have tried so far, and it is delightful.

I can't wait to come back next week! THG has my heart. The employees treat you like a real person, they care what products you buy & need. I keep coming back 50 mins out of my way just for the great bud, friendly faces and budget friendly prices.

The Herbal Gardens visit was my first time there and I read all the wonderful reviews and I was impressed. I had such a great experience the moment I arrived until the moment I left. I was greeted with warm smiles and a nice welcome. A big thank you to the caring staff, Lou and Fred for going the extra mile to educate me on every question I had. THG,s professionalism and knowledge is the best I've encountered. I honestly felt they truly cared about my specific medical needs and they got me started off with great suggestions for me. I will be going back to The Herbal Gardens for all my medicinal care. Thanks guys for making my first visit awesome and spending your time helping me and with what works best for me.

Great selection for the Cannabis Snobs like me. If you like fine wine you pay a little more, when you like a fine scotch you pay a little more so when you find a fine bud you pay a little more !

Outstanding pharmacy. Knowledgeable staff that will take the time to cater to your needs. Strains are individually tested on sight for purity and potency - perhaps the only pharmacy in the are to do so. I really recommend this place.

Just wanted to say it was my husband and I first visit into the facility. We had such a great experience with the people we worked with and felt so comfortable we will be back again real soon. Thanks again you guys for making it such a great experience for us.
