Always do pick up. Guy with braids or dreads always give best service every time! Also represent the store in a manner u would think everyone in some type of service should just do their jobs! Great place to get what u need fast

I’ve been to a handful of shops in Eugene and Springfield, as well as some in Denver, Seattle, and Sacramento. The Herbal Connection is by far my favorite shop I have been to. The staff are super helpful in finding just what you need! The store always looks well put together and is easy to shop. They always have deals going, so you can save some green on your “green”. You won’t regret going here! Please tip the nice folks there! Trust me they deserve it!

I love my experiences at HC. My only gripe has been that some products (e.g., Lissa's Cookies) aren't available on a regular basis. Not HC's fault, and I understand products are not always available and some such as LC have shelf-storage issues. Just an FYI. Otherwise, this is my cannabis store.

I received an email with one price and then I was charged a different price so I am bit bewildered.

I have used Herbal Connections for 5+ yrs. They are THE BEST in town for customer service. I trust their WLE brand because it's made next door. I love herbal connections delivery service because I'm disabled!! Really great staff, if they don't know, they find out. SHOUT OUT to Kara who started as my delivery driver & is now MANAGER! I am allergic to CBD so they're helpful with that. I use it in place of pain meds. HIGHly recommend!! ;) sale days are awesome!!

I’ve been to many dispensaries in my time, and I can confidently say this is the only dispensary in the Eugene/Springfield area I’ll go to. It’s such a great place and it’s always well-stocked with high quality and reliable products. All of the budtenders are friendly, remember who I am when I come in, and make me feel at ease, which warms my socially anxious heart. I especially appreciate Reda, who has been so kind, helpful, and patient with me, both inside the shop, as well as when delivering products to my home. As a chronically ill person I’m not always able to drive to the store, so having the option for them to deliver to me is so so so wonderful. Honestly, shout out to everyone that works here, because they’re all just that good! 🫶🏻

I've been shopping here since early 2024, and I rarely go anywhere else. As someone with chronic pain who finds it hard to walk somedays the delivery is a god send. They are always super kind + patient with me as well. Genuinely the best dispensary I've ever been to! They have a customer for life from day one with me <3
