Service was horrible both times I have been here. Bossy owner/manager and employees that are very unwelcoming. Quality is up to par, but I will never shop here again. There are much friendlier places to acquire medicine.

Just wanna take a minute to say how much I appreciate the friendly staff and the weekly specials.. and not only do you guys have some of the lowest donation prices and best specials I have seen, but you don't sacrifice quality. I find myself coming back week after week and getting different strains in wax or shatter on sale for 20 dollars a gram and have not been disappointed yet. I am especially enjoying the Lambs Bread honeycomb that I picked up earlier today! One thing is it would be nice to see you guys branch out some more with your selection of edibles, and not just carry all the same things as everyone else... Other than that, keep getting a good selection of flowers and concentrates and keep offering them dank $20 grams:)

Beautiful shop with a multitude of different strains, lovely pre-rolled selection. They even Michelle O'Bama Kush! Plus the staff totally rocks and are very helpful!!!! :-)

Probably the one place I visit most, as its on my way home from work and not too far from home either. Been to a small handful of shops around town and this place is the best one I've visited yet. Clean, welcoming environment with staff there to answer any question you have. Pretty sure I've dealt with them all over the last 2 months and have no complaints there at all.

Place was easy to find . Wide selection of flower. Very premium stuff available. I ended up getting Mendo breath and Mt hood magic ( which I highly recommend ).My only mishap was that the budtender told me, when I tried asking about a clone of Mendo breath , I was told it was created/originated at their farm. Which is not true and a pretty strange thing to say.

I am my husbands CareGiver. We started going to The Herbal Centre this spring after hearing about it. Everyone there has been extremely helpful and answers all our questions and if they can't they get the answer for us. The shop is very professional and private with so much more to choose from than we had expected. Their Leafly site is a great place to research what they have and what will be most helpful for my husband. It is reassuring to know that what is provided has been tested and all information is right there with each product. We can't say enough about how much we appreciate the people and the place. Thank you for all you do!

Dispensary location is close to Beltline so it's easy to access. Plenty of parking. Great people and store. It has always been a positive visit. There are some serious CBD products available for vaporizer or home-made lotions/salves.

This is the best store ever, not even talking just about the products. These people are always amazing always helpful always kind. Quick easy service, and they are so patient if you are taking your sweet time. Today I ordered for 420 deals. Put in my order at 10:01 and was home by 10:20 with my order brought out to my car. I skipped the line outside, and got my flower so quick. Best 420 deal day ever.

Best location in all of Eugene, and I used to work for 2 other dispensaries on River Road. Staff is always friendly and usually very knowledgeable. This shop carries all the best farms for flower. White label selection is the best in town here obviously. You won’t find another shop with their quality and fair pricing. I’d recommend this shop to anyone and everyone. I have been shopping here for over 3 years now.

For about the last year I’ve been here every Saturday for dabs and the service has always been great, but during the COVID crisis, Herbal Connection has gone above and beyond. I’ve switched to doing only curbside ordering, I think I’ve done 4 or 5 now and each time they have been perfect and I haven’t been worried about picking up for the week. Can’t beat the price and the quality, and the budtenders are all awesome. Tip them extra right now, they’re out in this crap every single day to ensure we all get our product!
