The Herbal Connection

I've shopped all over town, but keep coming back to Herbal Connections. The staff is GREAT! If they don't know an answer, they find out. The delivery service is stellar here!! White Label is one of the best brands imo & they have the best selection, sales & deals!! I've used this place 3+ years & can't recommend another place like it! Great separate section for medical patients or people that need less stimulus. LOVE Herbal Connections!! (Shout out to Kara for her promotion to assistant manager!! She's the best!)

I've been a customer of THC for years and have always had great service. A snafu happened on an order I placed today and was dealt with very easily and kindly by management. Kudos to the staff and of course, I'll be back! Debbie A.

Reda at THC is my go to budtender in Eugene, OR. So much good product, and I like to explore it all, so I rely on Reda to make solid recommendation’s, and he never disappoints. I was in the mood for some premium flower and Reda recommended Mendo Oranges. Can I just say… Great staff! Great selection!

i love the quality of flower this place has to offer. unfortunately though, the service is not up to par. i have been in about a dozen times and about half of those times i have had poor budtenders. they forget things, they arent accurate with all of their information, and they can never seem to get my order and/or pricing right. they have forgotten to give me my discount on 2 occasions, forgot my boyfriend's new patient gift, and it took 3 tries to get my order right and I came home to .4g of shake in my 1/8. sadly i will not be returning. unfortunate since it's the closest to my house and has good quality. i will be driving across town to their sister store from now on.

I use the delivery option quite a bit. Reda is the one that usually helps me out and is always on top of it. No long wait times for delivery. Today i ordered a online pickup, walked in and was instantly helped by Jake. He double checked things and was on my way. Always great customer service from "THC".

This place seems to have a lot going for them. but there wasn't anything special about them I could see. I guess if youre in the neighborhood it makes sense to shop here.

Their flower is excellent and they usually have good variety. Prices are fair. Generally a good place to stop by and get some medicine, but once in a while the service can be spotty. Sometimes it seems like it will take forever and a day for a budtender to weigh out a simple eighth. But other times they weigh it out and give it to you quickly. Sometimes they ask you the same question three times ("was that an eighth you wanted?" or "was that the Girl Scout Cookies you said you wanted?"). Overall I would say one of Eugene's best dispensaries, but customer service could improve a bit.

This was my first time coming in to this dispensary. The service was amazing and the selection was just as good. The prices are amazing! I don’t know that I will ever go to another dispensary in Eugene.

Was not happy with the service today I clearly said a strain of flower I wanted and got the exact opposite. As an indica only smoker no crosses I didn’t like the strain I received. I easily spent 60 dollars and wasn’t happy when I left. Usually this place is really good :/

Love this dispensary ! The Brands they carry are awesome & the Prices are the best in town. Service has always been helpful, friendly & top shelf! 420 is always a blast with rock bottom prices compared to what others charge. Keep up the great work, friends.

they wouldn't sell me my delivery order, because I live at a place I work. my home address is on my ID. not fair. not right.

Happy 420. Budtender went above and beyond for me today. Since it's 420 today, there is no curbside pickup. I panicked lol. I'm not capable of walking or standing in the long lines that were already there at opening time. Fortunately Budtenderdude was awesome and squeezed in a trip to my van to bring it to me anyway. The Herbal Connection has been my 1 and only place I shop at for my herbal and edible needs. Daily deals and great staff. Thank for all the hard work and great service.

My partner and I have been going to this specific location for 5 plus years and will continue to ONLY go to this spot. We use the call-in to pick-up method often. I would say 90% of the time we've had exceptional service and very pleasant conversations. Most everybody that is employed at this location is so helpful and patient. A big shout out to Katy! She is awesome. Also you can't go wrong with Kaprikorn farms, Top tier quality!!
