This is my 3rd (or so) review, as the shop keeps evolving. As a medical user, I was worried that my favorite dispensary would run out of meds before I could get my mitts on 'em. The staff let me know that everything is cut down the middle between recreational and medical, so that the medical patients get a fair shot at their meds. Great move, and great folks. The new-ish layout is also pleasantly arranged, and meds are always on clear display with small samples that you can tough/sniff to make sure you get the right bud for you. See you tonight, THC!

Love this place and have been multiple times now. Great staff, clean, comfortable and inviting atmosphere. Never have to wait too terribly long in line. And, they take debit cards which is fabulous as many dispensaries do not. I recommend The Herbal Connection.

Amazing atmosphere – very upscale, clean, organized, and welcoming. I like the family culture, but appreciate the professionalism as well. Great selection of meds and supplies and strong knowledge base of staff. Very fair when it comes to replacing or fixing any products that didn't meet my satisfaction.

I really like coming in here the bud is always on point and the staff always takes good care of me. I would certainly reccomend this spot for any of your dab needs they have the biggest and best priced selection in the market

My fav place for extracts (price, quality, and variations) . They also have an extensive choice of powerful edibles of all sorts. All the staff is very friendly and helpful and they have an awesome location . I visit often for a reason :)

Could there be any better caregivers in the whole world? This dispensary is run by and supported by some of the kindest bud lovers I have ever had the pleasure to interact with! The product is gorgeous and the way they treat each other and their clients is wonderful! Imagine a world where your "doctor" actually takes the time to know you and then help you! It is like an old fashioned apothecary in a small town.... But with awesome science, clever packaging and someone who cares what you are treating your body with. I would recommend all Cannabis patients who want to be loved as well as healed go visit them.

This place by far has the best selection of concentrates with great prices. I was astounded that they take credit and debit cards as well, so convenient.

I went in here and they staff and service was amazing. They gave me many things to look at and helped me make my decision. I will defiantly be coming back.

The ease of parking is nice. The reception is welcoming. The budtenders are very helpful and they take you in the order you arrived because they know everything about you on their laptop. I always get my discounts without asking. The environment well lit with excellent signage.

Have been coming to this place for over a year and their service is extrodinary. One person's bad experience cannot change the hundreds of wonderful experiences. I highly recommend this place.

i love the quality of flower this place has to offer. unfortunately though, the service is not up to par. i have been in about a dozen times and about half of those times i have had poor budtenders. they forget things, they arent accurate with all of their information, and they can never seem to get my order and/or pricing right. they have forgotten to give me my discount on 2 occasions, forgot my boyfriend's new patient gift, and it took 3 tries to get my order right and I came home to .4g of shake in my 1/8. sadly i will not be returning. unfortunate since it's the closest to my house and has good quality. i will be driving across town to their sister store from now on.

I always have had a great experience. They have a wide selection of edibles and oil especially for medical patients. Super friendly and welcoming definitely my favorite dispensary. Recently I went in, normally go on the medical side but my younger sister just turned 21 and wanted to see my favorite dispensaries. I decided i wanted to buy some nice oil and bud. The bud was $10 a gram and the oil was $20 the man said $38 and some change I told him I was medical then he wanted $34 super confused. My receipt even says I was charged taxes. Weird but everyone makes mistakes.

The Herbal Connection has been nothing short of fantastic. Not only do they have excellent deals and specials, the budtenders are always helpful, the girls always pretty and they even offered to laminate my Medical Card. One of the best shops in Eugene period!
