With the customer service, i mean the "nah, i really care cause i honestly love my job and our clientelle" genuine kind, the prices just make this place unbeatable. Great shop, convenient location with parking. quality product. and a staff that has done their homework. Long time OMMP patient and have visited many dispensaries. Recently purchased a cartridge that quit working. Took it in with the receipt and box and they exchanged it for a new one. Made my day! Check em out....you'll be glad you did.

Absolutely love this dispensary. It is a large well lit clean establishment. From there you have very knowledgeable staff that are amazing at helping you figure out what you need and want, from the timid first timer to the Connoisseur. they are always well staffed and ready to help. There is also a great selection of tools and implements that you would need to go with you purchase.

Amazing open floor plan, with great bad tenders and amazing products. I go out of my way by 10 minutes, passed other dispensaries, to come to this place.

My brother and I consistently visit this GP location about every other day there is a wide selection of strains are different prices and the staff is always super knowledgeable and super helpful with any kind of problems or concerns I would highly highly recommend anybody to go here!

The people are always friendly and helpful. Only down side is sometimes it gets really busy inside and in the smallish parking lot. Their prices reflect this busyness :)

I was very pleased with the warm welcomes from the staff upon entering the store. I thought the bud tenders and cashiers were helpful and professional. I plan to bring my friends here next time.

I honestly love this dispensary. I use dispensaries all over town, and I journey to Beaverton or Milwaukee regularly to go to Green Planet. The larger shops are able to have lower process and GP stays true to that. I've also never waited to be helped three. Their employees are so nice, Spencer it's great, and their management is very professional! And of course the best part.. They take cards 🚀non-nuclear

Great location organized

This shop really has everything. However, with that being said, I wish they would offer more of what I would call “quality mid range wax”.. they have loads of cheap stuff I don’t care for and any cartridges you might need, but only a couple (hardly never changing) flavors from good quality but lower price range extractors like White Label, Willamette Valley, or Oregon Genetics. Basically this shop seems to cater to an average smoker not looking to buy anything specific. If you’re really into bud strains or wax, this probably isn’t the shop for you. Id describe it as the Walmart of dispensaries. They offer some good deals at the right times

This location used to be awesome! Now there are all new people! Some not knowing anything about the industry! Asked to look at some concentrates, the budtender just handed me the package, didn’t even open to show me the concentrate! Another time I was cashing out and the cashier didn’t even know what a medical card had looked like apparently because he just glanced at it real quickly and handed it back and then proceeded to charge me with tax. Went in for cartridge Monday and never received the daily deal. Went back in to get the discount. Not once did anyone apologize for the inconvenience. Is this place under new management? If so needs some work. I’ll be sure to think before I ever stop by this location again.

Please tell SCOTT to not get smart with the customers, especially when Im simply trying to help him find an item he couldnt find to save his life. plus he refused to let me hold any product and I had to smell everything off his finger tips Scott we want to smell the terps not your fingers. Thanks.

Strange customer-flow handling (take a seat, then wait for an escort to take you through one door or the other); probably due to the space layout, but it feels weird. Staff is not friendly. Quality okay, only tried an edible I can get elsewhere. Price on the high end, but also similar to other dispensaries. Not worth making a left turn across traffic, even if I'm passing by on a bud run.

Went there a couple months back to pick up their Dogwalker clone, got 2, flowered both. Never seen a plant with literally no smell and no flavor, no exaggeration. If you've ever had Dogwalker there's no denying that what I received was a fake clone. Payed over $50 a clone that was sold on a lie. Would not recommend them to anyone, stay away.

Don't waste your time. They did mine. Didn't have what was on Leafly menu. Waited 15 minutes to find out. Called bait and switch. Left with nothing.

I have been going to this location since they opened, crammed in a little back room. Always been an ok place. Today I required a bit more guidance as to my bud selection, as they had some strains unfamiliar to me. When I asked the budtender a question about this flower vs that, he proudly and arrogantly informed me that he doesn't use flower, only concentrates. Well, that's not very helpful, so I asked if I could speak to someone knowledgable about flower. He became extremely uptight, and got another guy, who asked what was wrong. He said" this guy doesnt like my service" with a real hissyfit attitude, and started to walk away. As I tried to tell him nothing personal, I just needed some advice, he glared "we're done here". I finally managed to get my order going, This little fit started to really bug me, I mentioned this to my currant tender, I was informed that "this conversation would'nt end in a way either of us would like". WTF?? Was I just threatened? Normally, I would go straight to management for a discussion, but I wasn't up for any more crap, so here it is. My negative review. I cant support a pot shop that allows their budtenders to go out there armed with NO information (tender#2 was trying to sell based on appearance and smell alone. He didnt know anything either). And a fit like that guy threw at me is NOT acceptable in any business that likes to have "business". Goodbye, green planet.

The old location was my favorite go to spot. Stand in line for help to be told I should just browse. Asked for edibles & they have nearly none. Told it was medical anyway so I couldnt buy. I am medical, but with no check in the dont know that. Get it together guys, your shop used to be the best.
