Great experience. I'm a novice at this and was overwhelmed at first by the huge selection and variety of products but quickly felt comfortable because Ben was extremely helpful and answered all my newbie questions making it a great experience. Prices seemed good too. Lots of room to shop and look around without getting in everyone else's way. In short, a great place to shop and get info.

We come in for some of the best prices of oil and they have amazing customer service know me by name. Has some of the best oil in town

Wow! Had a misunderstanding with an employee who made a judgement call, but after a very short period of time, manager Diana was able to really help me out... can’t thank her enough for her efforts. and gotta commend King city green planet for not sweeping a customer’s issues under the rug.

Unfortunately they do not keep their menu updated. Came in with intentions on a good pre roll selection and ended up with six choices.

So I went to get some dabs, this is my go to place. There's 2 choices of Oregon genetics, green packages. So the budtender asked the white widow, I said the one with highest thc. Well I didn't check it out till I got to my car. It was a cbd strain. So I walk back in the store, before the door closes behind me the guy that helped me left the counter and went straight back and got the manager, as if he knew. So before I am helped again I wait for 5 minutes before the manager comes out, already knowing what I'm there for. Arguing with me saying they can't exchange products, while the guy that helped me is behind him saying I said white widow, two people at one time I'm dealing with. Well Marcus eventually gets going on exchanging a marijuana product for another marijuana product, which is illegal. Makes me dig receipt out of trash in there store. Then the final exchange, made me feel bad, taking the label sticking it in my face, saying this is g13 not white widow really in a demoralizing tone. I called him out on it though, and he gets shaky and says its because he has to show the cameras so I don't do this again. The biggest factor is that Marcus is the manager. For you Marcus, for the future on how to do your job, the customer is always right. When I walked in the budtender should have greeted me and apologize even if he is right, then went got the manager. Marcus you then come out apologizing for the miss convinence, tell them no we can't exchange products because of the law and send me on my way. Not put me down and break the law.

This shop doesn’t offer mix n match 1/2 ounces and ounces anymore?!? No signage anywhere explaining a change. I came to this shop for the ability to try different flowers for my medical condition. Kind of disappointed in green planet. Also, check your receipts, i didn’t get the advertised discount twice now (med patient). Contacted company about discrepancy and never got a response from the company. Seems like they only care about getting your money, not bettering the marijuana community.

I always check online for the latest offerings at the dispensaries...but every time I go on Leafly for prices at Green Planet, King City, there is no flower listed, at all. Then when I called to let them know, a woman on the phone was rude. Now why would I go blind to a dispensary and what if they don't have anything I like? Not cool. This issue with no flower listed has happened more than once.

Really liked coming in here my first time. Got helped by a couple amazing people. Been good coming back in ever since. Amazing selection!!! Worth a trip for anyone.

in our geo location, surrounded by weed shops, this is by far the oasis that you want to go to when shopping for whatever ails you. they will fix you right up, smiles and smiles for miles.

The prices are amazing here. My favorite place in town! I love the “walk in” environment and that they sell glass pieces as well!
