The Good Dispensary (Med/Rec)

I've only been here twice, but both of my experiences were great (I am a rec patient). The staff here are incredibly helpful, including the front desk worker whose first day was today (I can't remember his name unfortunately). My budtender Jared was also very helpful and knowledgeable about what product would suit my needs. The prices are fair, and the wait isn't typically too long. Plus, the hours here are great, particularly on Sunday, so I absolutely recommend this dispensary to anyone.

Sold me the beverages that are more than 2 months expired today and they don't answer the phone when you try and call. Do not recommend this dispensary. 2 months expired beverages is unacceptable!

I'm upset at the fact that you didnt have what I needed and I had to wait in line again for somthing so small. I have been given coupons that "I can no longer use" but yet everytime I tried to claim it they didnt have it and gave me attitude about it. like why would you get to use a coupon we gave you for a reason whether it was a long wait etc. I use to come here all the time but they are not only over run but you can never get what you need. as I'm driving there they are texting me about what they dont have I showed up a min later and she was unwilling to even give me a coupon credit etc for the 4th time of bad customer service. I'm more disappointed than anything because this use to be my spot but clearly patients aren't important to get them what they need. sad I have to find another dispensary

The Garden Of Eden "shatter" was more like floor swept, trim ran wax. DISgusting. GOE needs to take a class on production and The Good, shame on you for not checking the product, you can look at this and see it's garbage let alone the smell. 😶

Got a BOGO venom wax, everyone was friendly and the process was smooth! Very happy with my service!

Came here for my FTP BOGO and was very happy for the selection of concentrates they had and wanted to try out the Item 9 labs concentrates. Well I finally get home and open the jar and my concentrates were melted all inside the jar and all over the inner lid. I'm not sure about you but I have "never" had this problem with drip products and I knew I should've just stayed with drip instead of trying something new. I'm sure I'm not the only one who hates when we get a jar of melted concentrates to scrape from. Other than that, service was phenomenal and the young lady who helped was amazing and very informative. Kudos to her but just not happy with my product, I will be calling later on today to explain the situation.

Since the law began I had seen a competitor (mint) down on baseline and have visited their 3 times . Long lines - to even get to the service line and honestly they were informative and very thoughtful... however that did not replace the feeling of chattel environment. I ran into someone who suggest the leaf portal . I was met at the door by two gentleman comfortably seated in a warm clean area . Looked like someone put much care and design into the seating..... how long could it be .... not seated more than 2 minutes . I was called Jeremy was my bud tender . He informed me I had finally found an environment meant to calm .. I had questions ... he informed me when I mentioned that the environment was so different .... he stated that is was a local farm ... run by local farmers .... Yep this is my kind of place !

I’ve had my medical card for almost 7 years and had never been here before. My first experience earlier in the week was fantastic, picked up Blue Gushers flower on the bud tenders recommendation and I absolutely loved this strain. I decided to come back today and try some more house flower, picked up some Grape Soda which is a purple pheno of Tahoe OG, again great quality and priced accordingly too, the 60-70 range for an 1/8 is a bit high for my personal preference. Overall amazing experiences first and second time, The Good Dispensary is my go to from here on out. Big shout out to Marcus for the amazing customer service! I start working for this company on Monday in their garden and without even knowing I was employed by them, the experience was better than almost every other dispensary in the valley. Highly recommend!

People great, product a little less. I have been coming here for a few months now and it seems no matter the strain I get, I'm coming home with seeds. seems like they are going for quantity over quality. percentages are good just hate burning down to a seed.

Always love coming inside and getting that beautiful weed smell hitting you in the face. This place is in a horrible section of Mesa but once you’re inside all’s well! Staff always makes sure I know the deals, give good suggestions and have always been super friendly. Love the deli style too! (That’s where the flower isn’t prepackaged and weighed, it’s in jars and you can smell it etc)....sad to be moving away soon. I’ll have to stop by on 4/20!

Simply Twisted is right, TWISTED!! How dare you[Simply Twisted], supply a product that dont smoke. Bought of 2pk of prerolls from Simply Twisted and couldn't even either one!! Someone should look into this. It's just not the Simly Twisted prerolls here!! Other than that, great customer service!!
